Location! Location! Location! Great beach cottage located on Pt Judith Road and walking distance to Roger Wheeler State Beach. This home has a very cute kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds, and a hall bath. There is a deck right off of the kitchen with table, chairs and umbrella. The over-sized yard provides plenty of space for games or relaxing around the propane fire pit or cooking on the gras grille. Hungry?...walk two or three minutes to Iggy's or Aunt Carrie's or continue on to the Bon Vue, Chair 5 or Spain. (FYI...the kitchen stove is not operational. There is a convection oven/air fryer, microwave, electric burner, electric fying pan and electric skillet, as well as the grill with side burner).
