The cottage is small, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a classic Rhode Island beach getaway. Inside you’ll find a bright living area, two small bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Verizon Fios Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a laid-back stay near the shore.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Bedroom 1: Full bed
• Bedroom 2: Full bed + 2 twins (bunk beds)
• Living room: Full futon and pull-out couch

The outdoor space is one of the highlights, with a private deck, dining table, grill, and seating area perfect for relaxing after a beach day. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after swimming.

Please leave all sheets and towels in cottage. There will be a $15 charge per towel that is missing. Missing sheet sets charged at cost.

Perfect spot if you don't want to drive anywhere for your stay, everything is within walking distance! Watching the boats come in and out, taking advantage of the ferry being right there is perfect for a Block Island getaway for the day. We will be back for more core memories, highly recommend!

We were one of the hosts first guests so there were a couple of requests we had to make, and they were very accommodating and responsive. The home was comfortable and convenient. We would book it again.

Cute, comfortable cottage. Comfy beds, clean, excellent outdoor space with the roomy deck and fire pit area....of course best part..5 minutes to the beach! We'll be back! Host very nice too!
