It is about a 5 minute drive to University of Portland, Columbia Park, St. John's food trucks and many other pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. Hiking trails, parks close by and less then 10 minutes away from St. John's historic downtown.

This is a 1 story house. It is located on a corner lot with only one neighbor. A fully equipped open kitchen and comfortable seating in the dinning and living room. house has AC.
The first bedroom has a comfortable medium firm queen size bed with an allergy matress protection cover, dresser drawers for your convenience and usb chargers on the bedside lamps to charge your electronics. The second bedroom has a solid wood bunkbed with a full size bed on the bottom (smaller than a queen but can still sleep 2) and a twin bed on top. Both matresses are in excellent condition and are very comfortable.
The downstairs is a basement that was remodeled and furnished with its own bathroom. A futon with a closet with shelves and a desk and chair.
