Indoors has an open floor plan with huge kitchen, rain shower heads in every shower, and 2 desks equipped with monitors and printer so you can work or school from home! Conveniently centered 1 mile away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, Starbucks, and gas stations. Home is located 4 miles from strip!



The Space:

This is a 2 story home that is 2,126 square feet with 5 bedrooms including 2 en-suite primary rooms (one is upstairs and one is downstairs), open living room/kitchen/dining area and separate bonus area with sofa bed and air hockey table. The home has recently been completely remodeled both indoors and out including tile/wood floors. Kitchen amenities include Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, toaster, blender, electric kettle for on demand hot water, wine glasses, martini shaker, etc. Washer/dryer/ironing board and humidifier is available for your convenience. Red sofa downstairs pulls out into a full size sofabed.



Spa Heating is $300/month. Pool heating is also available for $150 for the first day and $50 for each consecutive day (need advance notice - it takes 24 hours to get up to temp and you don’t need to heat all days of your stay).

Guest Access:

Guests can access all areas of home including private pool/spa and laundry area. There is no garage. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Laurelwood and West Flamingo Park is only a 10 min walk from the house. There are many places to eat on the closest major cross street - Flamingo Road. There are also plenty of hip, new, delicious restaurants on Spring Mountain Road which is only a few minutes past Flamingo. You are bound to find something you love there whether its casual or fine dining!



Getting Around:

There is nearby bus routes for public transportation, or you can simply walk. Rideshare like Uber/Lyft is easily accessible in Las Vegas or if you rent a car or drive your own car to town there is driveway and street parking for free.



Other Things to Note:

There is one outdoor camera at the front door but no indoor cameras.
