About this property

Secluded gated oasis w/ luxury, animals and amenities close to local attractions

Welcome to your private Kansas retreat. Great for couples or family looking to relax, recharge, and stay close to the city but get private space also. Nestled on 8 gated acres, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and entertainment all in one.
Amenities include pool, pool house, grilling area, basketball court, sand volleyball court and plenty of seating for everyone. Bonus night animal/farm feedings also (weather permitting and upon request).

We do charge per person since we can acccomodate up to 9. Its not ideal to pay for 9 people when it is only 2 and vice versa.
Only the number of people on reservation allowed on property for insurance purposes.
No animals, no smoking on property and not parties.

Please throw all trash away and tidy up
Please gather used towels and leave in laundry basket at the end of the hallway.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No sleeping on couch or couch bed because it is a space everyone uses. Sweating etc on a public couch.
No pets AT ALL. We live on property and have guard dogs as well as livestock guardian dogs that protect our farm. Outside anmals are not safe here.
No smoking AT ALL ON PROPERTY. Outside guests are not included for liability reasons. Make sure the number on reservation matches people present.

The pool area was exceptionally clean and had everything. Towels, inflatables, lounge chairs, diving board, the works. Everything inside was super clean and modern. The owner made the whole process easy & friendly. We will rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and had great communication from start to finish, always responding quickly to any questions we had. One of our favorite parts was being able to go out and help feed the animals. It made our stay such a unique and memorable experience. The property is a beautiful area with a peaceful atmosphere away from the city. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a personal touch.
