3-room house 80 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower, sep. WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Quelques réserves...

Maison récente et moderne. Cependant, pas de Wifi, trop peu de vaisselle mise à disposition, donc obligation de faire la vaisselle à chaque repas (pour 3 personnes) sans pour autant utiliser le lave-vaisselle pour si peu. Robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain quasiment inutilisable, pas de support pour les affaires de salle de bain. Un écriteau d'avertissement sur la casse ne nous invite pas à nous sentir à l'aise, d'autant que toutes les tables sont en verre par exemple... Dommage vu le prix.

Rustige plek, schoon, modern.

Het huis ligt op een mooie rustige plek, met zeer uitgebreide voorzieningen! Zoals airco, vriezer, wasmachine. Helaas geen wifi (maar opgelost met databundel, dat ging prima). Dichtbij goede bakkers, een grote E.Leclerc. Prima omgeving om kleine uitstapjes te maken en te fietsen. Fietsen konden in een schuurtje staan). Véél wijnchateaux's. Het huis was zeer schoon en modern ingericht. We hebben het er echt heerlijk gehad. En een nette vriendelijke verhuurder die ook snel reageerde bij vragen.
