This is the most charming house in an adorable neighborhood close to many things! The house itself is cozy, yet spacious and extremely clean!! Kimberlee was so communicative and made the stay a breeze. Highly recommend this home and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

1st time to San Antonio and this sweet little home was everything we'd hoped it to be! We cant wait to come back. Minutes from the river walk and downtown but you would never know it by the quiet neighborhood. The house has every amenity you could possibly want and more! We originally booked for 2 nights but they were so accommodating when we added a 3rd night!!!! Absolutely no complaints from us! Dan and JenAlliance Ohio

We had an amazing stay at Kimberlee’s. Beds were comfy and soft. Her house is cozy and open feeling with plenty of room and space to just chill. In a very friendly, quiet neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and recommended places to eat. We just love coming to visit San Antonio. You won’t be disappointed staying here at Kimberlee’s. We definitely will be back.

This property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient to Trinity University and everything we wanted to do while still being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We also appreciated the fenced yard which was perfect for our dog. The screened front porch was very inviting. The kitchen is minimalist but had the essentials we needed for our stay.The host was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with, making the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout. We definitely recommend this property.

We dropped off our baby at college and last minute found this charm of a property. The communication from booking to check out was 5 star and the rental fit our needs perfectly. The beds were comfy, the place was nicely updated and the bathroom was great. We forgot things like coffee and it was there for our first morning. HEB was just around the corner so we took a quick trip to pick up supplies. Thanks!!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed the house and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything was so comfortable and welcoming, and the whole family absolutely loved it. It really felt like a home away from home for us.I also really appreciate how wonderful you’ve been about communicating with me throughout our entire stay. It made everything so easy and stress-free.We’re already saying that if we make another trip back this way, we really hope your home is available because we would absolutely love to stay here again. Don't let the fact that this is a new listing scare you from renting because you will be missing out! The host is super friendly and attentive! She was very helpful in local recommendations for the weekend on various sites to see, things to do and great food places. The house was absolutely perfect, very clean and well stocked for any and everything. They even had extra chargers available if you forgot your own. The beds were so comfortable and first time we didn't need to use our own pillows! The historical charm of the house and neighborhood was amazing, down to the smallest details. The neighbors were very friendly which added to the enjoyment of the weekend. The screened in front porch allowed you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings and a cold drink in the evenings. Would highly recommend this house for anyone to staying in San Antonio, close to so many great adventures!

My husband and I (and our two small dogs) had a wonderful time at The Primrose. The house is so beautiful and with all upscale finishings. The screened in porch was definitely one of our selling points. We sat on the porch every morning with our coffee and dogs it was a great way to start our day. The house is located close to many of our favorite spots. Tycoon Flats, Chris Madrids, Blanco Cafe, Lolitas.... My husband jogged to Blanco Cafe every morning to grab some tacos for us. This is an older neighborhood with all the charm and very welcoming. The house is fully fenced for our dogs to roam around. There is a nice driveway with a gate to park your car.Kimberlee was fantastic!! She answered all our questions in a timely manner and was so kind. When we walked in the home there was a sweet note from Kimberlee on the frig so nice to see. We did have a few family members visit us while we were in town so we were so grateful for such a large dining table. Everything you may need is provided so don't need to bring a huge suitcase.I can't say enough positive things regarding this home. We plan on staying there everything time we are in SA. Book the house you will love it there.
