Great stay at a spacious, clean apartment in an excellent location. You get a morning sunrise view on the large patio, a clean pool, a nice beach and it's all a 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk, The Sea Colony offers quite a few activities each week so the kids (7 and 10) were super excited for Bingo night, etc. Bethany Beach is also just a more calm beach town so this is definitely a repeat spot!

We enjoyed our stay and I especially enjoyed the view of the sunrise every morning. The unit is centrally located in Edgewater Bldg and it was nice to have 2 King beds and a Queen bed and the mattresses were very comfortable. The unit was fully equipped with everything you need, and all new furniture with plenty of storage. We love being able to park the car and walk to dinner with plenty of restaurants located right across the street or up in the boardwalk area.

Tom was great to work with and went out of his way to make our stay amazing! The condo was one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed in. The sheets and towels were high caliber, the appliances were top of the line and the kitchen was fully stocked. The views of the ocean and pool from the deck are gorgeous and I loved the reading lamp on the deck for night reading. Boogie boards and sand toys were available for use in the locker as well. I definitely plan to stay at this condo again. Thanks so much Tom!
