What started as visits to this quiet stretch of the Eastern Shore turned into a real attachment to the town: its slow pace, its water, its small town warmth. We care about the details, we're quick to respond, and we want your stay to feel easy from check in to check out.

Cape Charles has been part of our lives for a long time, one of us has been coming back for over 20 years, long before we ever thought about owning property here. There's something about this town that stays with you: the walkable downtown, the small boat harbor, the beach just blocks away, and a small town feel that's held onto its charm even as more people discover it. Over time, that connection became something we both share, and it's exactly why we wanted a place of our own here. We chose this location because it puts you close to everything that makes Cape Charles special, while still feeling residential and calm. It's the kind of place that's kept us coming back for over two decades, which is exactly why we wanted to offer it to others.
