• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property
• The waterfront location requires adult supervision for children
• Maximum occupancy: 8-10 guests for optimal comfort (8 adults and 2 kids)
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM respect our friendly neighbors
• Parties and large gathers are strictly prohibited
• A rental agreement must be signed upon booking
