This isn't a normal cabin trip. Book the entire SquatchVilla retreat... four separate, standalone private cabins on shared wooded acreage near Allegheny National Forest, reserved for your group alone. Firepits, trails, and the photo everyone asks about: a 34-foot Bigfoot over the property. Comfortable for 16 adults, sleeps up to 24 with kids on fold-out futons. After dark: a self-guided Bigfoot night trail and a 20-foot outdoor movie screen under the stars.

SquatchVilla is four separate, standalone private cabins on shared wooded acreage... not four rooms in one house. Each cabin is its own building with its own bathroom and 1 queen bed plus 2 fold-out futons, so every cabin comfortably sleeps 4 adults (16 total), and up to 24 with kids on the futons. Your group has all four cabins, the firepits, the trails, the 34-foot Bigfoot, the night trail, and the 20-foot outdoor movie screen to yourselves. Maple and Shire each have their own private hot tub; the other two cabins do not.

I’m Rini, and I created this place with my business partner, Brittany. Penwood Cabins built the cabins. We took it from there, clearing the land, shaping the property, and somehow ending up with a 34-foot Bigfoot watching over the whole operation

What started as four cabins kept escalating. Now there are axe-throwing lanes, a paintball range, a night trail through the woods, and a 20-foot outdoor movie screen. My daughter is nine, which is either the reason for all of it... or the excuse... Depends who you ask

The goal is simple. We want you to leave with a story. Anyone can rent you four walls in the woods. We’d rather give you a weekend your group is still bringing up next year

Why they chose this property

I grew up here, but it took leaving to understand what we actually had. I spent years traveling, lived in a few different places, and saw much of the country...from the East Coast to California. The more I saw, the more I realized how rare Forest County really is.

For starters...It’s the only county in Pennsylvania without a traffic light. (yes, really) You get real forest, dark skies, quiet nights, and room to breathe...plus Cook Forest, the Allegheny National Forest, the Clarion River, and miles of ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.

Then every June, thousands of people roll into Marienville for the Forest County Bigfoot Festival. That’s this place in a nutshell: peaceful, wild, and just strange enough to be memorable.

What makes this property unique

Most cabin rentals give you a fire ring and a hot tub. This property comes with an experience attached.

Guests have access to SquatchVilla, which I built here on the property: a 34-foot Bigfoot, axe-throwing lanes, a paintball target range, a self-guided night trail with themed stations, a pond and waterfall, and a 20-foot outdoor movie screen beneath the stars. It is the kind of experience you would normally drive somewhere else to visit...except here, it is in the backyard.

Reserve one for a couple’s getaway, or book all four for a group of 16 or more and make the property your own for a family reunion, bachelor weekend, corporate retreat, or group escape.

Quiet woods when you want them. Something memorable to do when you don’t. That combination is difficult to find anywhere else in Forest County.
