Kingsgate Lakehouse | Hot Tub & Private Dock

Gather with family and friends at this historic lakefront retreat in Delta, Ontario. Kingsgate Lakehouse accommodates up to 16 guests and features a year-round hot tub, private dock, kayaks, canoe, paddleboat and fire pit.

The guesthouse is included for groups of 11 or more. Smaller groups may request it for an additional fee. The base nightly rate includes six guests, with a charge of $35 per night for each additional guest.

Dogs are welcome with a one-time $50 pet fee. The yard is not fenced, and pets must be kept off furniture and beds.

Swimming is available from the end of the private dock, with a ladder for easy water access. As with many natural lakes, some aquatic weeds may be present near the shoreline.

The property uses filtered lake water. For the best taste and quality, please use the water cooler for drinking, cooking, coffee, tea and ice.

Lovely Getaway

Beautiful house full of character. It has every possible kitchen amenity that you might want to use. Super area, quiet, quaint shops, close to Gananoque and Kingston. We would happily stay here again.

Delta Girls Getaway

Delta is a small town in the middle of some interesting history (Delta Mill) and other small towns. We enjoyed the area and what itnhad to offer. This property is big and has all that you need to relax.

Beautiful home in a lovely, quaint town

We held a reunion of friends here. The home was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the big modern kitchen, the hot tub, and the nice bedrooms. We also enjoyed our walk around town and short hike through a nearby nature park.

Great space and amenities! The kids fished off the dock and lots of space to spread out. Grocery store and LCBO litterally around the corner which makes it super convenient.

This was my second time staying at Kingsgate and I was not disappointed! The hot tub and fire pit have both been upgraded since my last stay which was fabulous! Such a quaint home and little town. The views will make you not want to leave!

Hidden Gem

This is lovely hidden gem in the historic little town of Delta! The house that was built in the 1800s has everything you need for weekend getaway or longer. We enjoyed the sunrise over the lake and having coffee on the porch in the mornings! Definitely would not hesitate to come back!

The home was beautiful, located on the lake, with the ease of walking to a store and a liquor store, and other sites close by. The home was well furnished with everything you need. The owner was great and answered when called. I highly recommend this to any one!

A week of fellowship and painting

It was clean, well-equipped, modern enough to be comfortable, quaint enough to be interesting. We enjoyed the charming property and the historic village in which it is located. Very enjoyable week. We hope to return next year.
