Modern loft with a south-facing balcony in a stylish city villa in the heart of Burg. The stylish Villa am Schwanenteich is located directly on the beautiful Schwanenteich pond in Burg. It features 4 holiday apartments, all of which offer a stunning view of the garden.
The Schwan 3 holiday apartment measures 42 square metres and can accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms have laminate flooring; the layout includes a sleeping area with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a living-dining area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bed, chest of drawers, and nightstands were replaced in 2024. The sofa bed in the living/sleeping area provides additional sleeping space. A high chair and a travel cot are available.
The kitchenette is modernly equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave with a grill function. There is plenty of dishes and silverware (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.)
Through the living area, you’ll step out onto the covered south-facing balcony, which offers a relaxing view of the communal garden, complete with sun loungers and a barbecue area.
The holiday rental is lovingly and warmly furnished. There is also a shed in the garden for storing bicycles and sports equipment. Parking for your car is available right in front of the house.

Access to the house is via Kämmererweg. Wi-Fi is available free of charge! The TV in this apartment also has Netflix access.

The apartment is located in the attic of the house.



Please note: Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental. Please also note that even apartments where pets are not permitted cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.
This beautiful villa is located in Burg, centrally situated and close to the beach, in a very quiet residential area. The holiday apartments are ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet but doesn’t want to miss out on the amenities of Burg’s historic centre. The apartments are just a few minutes’ walk from Burg’s picturesque town centre; restaurants and a variety of shopping options are within walking distance.
The Burgstaaken fishing harbour is about a 30-minute walk away, directly along the inland lake. The fine-grained South Beach and the FehMare water park are easily accessible by bike or car, about 4.5 km away. The train station and the bus stop are also just a few minutes’ walk away.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10:00 a.m.) and a late check-out (departure by 4:00 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct booking continuity.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot manage this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
