Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place any used towels in a pile or start a load of towels if time allows. Start the dishwasher. Strip beds that were used and leave in a pile.
Remove all personal belongings and food from the refrigerator. Take trash and recycling to the designated bins. Turn off lights, fans, and small appliances.
Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Close the hot tub cover completely and secure all clasps.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Superb house very close to the university and opposite a golf course. Everything was super high quality and well thought out. Host was super helpful and very responsive. We had an amazing stay.
