Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bring all trash to the green bin and recycling (no glass in recycling please) to the blue bin located at front of driveway near the gate.
Turn off all lights, portable fans, and appliances, fire pit and bbq propane shut off valve. Please lock all windows, both sliders and front door.
Load and start dishwasher. Double-check for personal items in drawers, closets, and under furniture, food/drinks in refrigerator and pantry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly ask that you please use the floor mats to wipe your shoes before entering the house.
No taping, pinning, tacking, or nailing items to the walls, doors or windows.
No package deliveries or mail can be sent to the house. If you need anything delivered during your stay, please make other arrangements.

We absolutely loved our stay at the residence of Freshwater Bay. The location was beautiful and peaceful with stunning view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and appreciated the access to the garage to store our bikes. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

This neighborhood is a very special place to me. When I made the decision to move to the Olympic Peninsula over 20 years ago, I set out on an exhaustive search to find the perfect blend of peacefulness, natural beauty, views, and location. The few houses and properties you pass on the road are well spread out and often full of families of deer. Everyone goes about their lives at a leisurely pace, always making time to stop what they are doing and give a friendly wave as you pass by. The Freshwater Bay boat launch, park, and beach, are just down the road and other renowned recreational areas just a short drive away.

What makes this property unique

From the moment I drove up to the raw land, I knew it was going to be the perfect place to build a house. Not just any house, but a house befitting and complimentary of the natural beauty surrounding it. There are no other houses visible from the property which gives the feeling of your own private national park. From the views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca to the deer sleeping under the tree, no words can do the property justice. When you are here, you will feel like you are hundreds of miles from the hustle and bustle of the real world yet you are still only 15 minutes from town. Kick back, relax in the custom home, styled with items I love, and stocked with everything you will need.
