This villa in Istria will delight you with its charm. The villa is located in the small village of Fuskulin, a 7-minute drive from the town of Porec and only 4 km from the beach. There is also a children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the villa. Casa Ivan is a fully fenced villa where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed while relaxing by the pool or preparing your favourite barbecue dish in the summer kitchen. On the ground floor of the villa you can enjoy the ambience of a charming living room, from which the kitchen and dining room with seating for 8 extend. There is also a bathroom and a bedroom on the same floor. If you climb the stairs to the first floor, you will find two beautifully furnished bedrooms that exude cosiness. The interior of the villa has a rustic charm, which is particularly noticeable in the bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms also has its own bathroom, which radiates a special warmth in pastel tones.

There are also 2 car parking spaces available. If you want to spend the day by the sea, you can relax on one of the beaches near the villa or visit the nearby aquapark.the location of this villa will really delight you. The villa is located in a small village Fuskulin next to the town of Porec. On the one hand, the quiet location of Fuskulin allows you to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the middle of nature near the sea. On the other hand, you can spend your free time in the town of Porec to visit the sights and explore the cultural and entertainment programme of the town of Porec. Near Fuskulin there are also two small fishing villages Vrsar and Fontana, which are definitely worth a visit, especially if you want to have fun at the fishing festival. If you prefer an active holiday, the indented coast of Istria with its numerous bays and small islands is perfect for water sports, and you can take an active excursion through Istria on hiking and cycling trails.

Wir haben zu sechst eine wunderschöne Woche in Fuskulin verbracht. Haus ist toll ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird. Architektonisch sehr schön umgesetzt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gepflegt. Ivan, der Gastgeber wohnt nebenan und ist immer für Fragen etc, verfügbar. Danke auch noch mal für den leckeren Kuchen, den uns seine Frau gebacken hat. Lage zum Radfahren in ganz Istrien ein spitzen Ausgangspunkt. Am Meer ist man mit dem Auto in 10-15 min überall zwischen Porec und Vrsar. Kurz gesagt alles top, jederzeit gerne wieder.
