Private: garden (fenced) lawn. In the complex: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Aviemore (Dalfaber)" 600 m, railway station "Aviemore" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, ski lift 18 km. Nearby attractions: Dalfaber Golf & Country Club 1 km, Cairngorm National Park, Highland Wildlife Park 15 km, Inverness 48 km, Landmark Forest Adventure Park 9 km, Highland Folk Museum 27 km. Clean, safe, quiet neighbourhood, centrally located and walkable. The garden is top notch and lovely. Liked being out there. Kitchen was fully occupied. Each room can be heated independently. 100% will stay here again.

Good all round property

Great location. 10 minutes walk to well stocked co-op and two golf clubs one way. 15 minutes walk to the village the other way. £7.00 in a taxi. House has loads of storage space. As we found super handy to have someone at the office to sort a minor problem promptly.
