As a family of four, with two children under 5, we returned to Alcudia having stayed at a similar property last year in the same building. This property however was far superior. Pristine inside, with all the amenities provided. Great communication from the host, and all round brilliant experience.

We loved staying here, the location was perfect

The apartment was clean and well equipped. We have two young children and the ease of nipping back from the beach for food, drinksbathroom breaks was incredible. It takes less than two minutes from leaving the immaculate Sea/Beach to being inside the apartment. I'd definitely book again.

The perfect apartment in a great spot!

The apartment was exactly as represented, clean and well equipped. It’s cosy but enough for a small family or a group of four. The balcony and access to the beach was the jewel in the crown. You’re close enough to the action, but can withdraw to relax, people watch or just take in the views. It was handy to nip back to the apartment from the beach when needed. The pool area was great, the pool a little cool but it was plenty warm enough to be comfortable once in. The welcome pack was generous and basic condiments were in the cupboards for cooking. The service was great. The information provided beforehand was clear, and it was great to be accommodated to access the apartment early. Very little. Excellent service and excellent accommodation. The main external door key stuck a bit and the window in the main bedroom was open slightly and wouldn’t shut. With the screen and shutters this was no big deal. More for information than an issue.

Tout ce qu'on a besoin en équipements et produits .. Juste le parking pas pratique à cause de certains qui se stationnent mal et qui empêchent certains de sortir avec leur véhicule... Wir sind als Familie (2 Erwachsene 1 Kind) angereist. Obwohl wir eher angekommen sind, konnten wir ohne Probleme bereits in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Lage perfekt (besser geht’s nicht). Einzig ein kleiner Couchtisch und ein Kosmetikmülleimer haben uns gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief 100%ig. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Lediglich Ameisen in der Wohnung und laute Bässe der Bar gegenüber der Strasse bis um Mitternacht waren störend.

Das Appartement ist sauber und aufgeräumt und der Blick auf Strand und Meer ist wirklich sehr schön

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und der kleine Korb zum Empfang mit Knabbereien und Getränken versüßt den Start. Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer privaten Wohnanlage mit mehreren Gebäuden, sodass man etwas auf die Suche gehen muss. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht ganz einfach. Wer mit Auto anreist, kann nur mit Glück vor der Wohnanlage parken und ausladen. Ansonsten ist der breite Sandstrand super und verläuft anfangs sehr flach, sodass kleine Kinder dort toll spielen und Spaß haben können. Alcúdia muss man mögen, da es touristisch geprägt ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter verlief stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Baustelle für die Strandbar wird wahrscheinlich bald beendet sein. Eine Wohnung wird derzeit von deren Eigentümern renoviert, sodass man ab und an ein paar Geräusche hört. Es hielt sich bei uns mit 2 von 10 Tagen aber in Grenzen.

Es ist sehr komfortabel und sehr gut gelegen für eine Familie wie unsere. Wir hatten einen Kurzurlaub von ein paar Tagen und genossen Alcudia und die Ruhe, vor allem mit unseren Kindern.
