About the host
Hosted by Kristi Schwartz
Hi! I’m Kristi and I’m from California. I’ve been coming to Lake Havasu with my family since I was a kid and always wanted to have a place here. When the opportunity arose for me to get this townhome, that I’ve rented many times over the years, I couldn’t pass it up! Our family loves boating and making memories here and we are so happy to share our little slice of Havasu happiness with you, we hope you love it here as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose this particular unit because we have rented it a few times over the years and loved the space so much. We always have multiple generations at the lake and this townhome was so spacious and comfortable that we kept coming back. The location also can’t be beat and we just love it here.
What makes this property unique
This unit is literally one of a kind. It is the only unit at the nautical estates that is a completely unattached single unit and over 2,000 sq. Ft. This place was the model when they were new and they built it as a 3 bedroom from the beginning although all the others were 2 bedroom. They omitted the garage for a game room (sales office at the time) and the patio faces the pool. We love the extra space and we are just so happy here.
