Beautiful, comfortable resort "Atlantic Green". 39 houses in the residence. 3.5 km from the centre of Lacanau-Océan, 12 km from the centre of Lacanau, 60 km from the centre of Bordeaux, on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea. Private: property 1'200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Terrace, roofed, parking. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop "Marie Curie" 2.9 km, sandy beach 3.5 km, lake de Lacanau 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Compound bien connu puisque nous y avions déjà séjourné au moins 4 fois, à chaque dans un T5 différent

Wir haben das gewünschte Haus nicht erhalten, obwohl sehr früh gebucht. Bei gleichem Preis nicht so gut ausgestattet und aufgeteilt Z.B der Pool viel kleiner und mit Leiter was für mich gehbehinderte Person schwierig war. im Haus wurde geraucht, wir buch.ten ein Nichtraucherh. Das Personal sehr freundlich und erledigte Reklamationen umgehend.Das Grundstück war gepft, die Liegen /Tisch alt . Der Kühlschrank ständig vereist. Müsste erneuert werden. Bad eng, WC kein waschbecken.

Haus ungepflegt

Trotz Bitte über Interchalet eine Villa am Ende der Strasse zu bekommen wurden wir in der Villa Nr. 08 am Anfang der Strasse eingebucht. Bei der Anreise bestand keine Chance auf Änderung. Wir waren nun schon 4 mal in Lacanau und die Villa Nr. 08 war bisher das ungepflegteste Haus (Kühlschrank verrostet, Müll im Badezimmer vom Vorgänger, Putz bröckelte von der Decke sowohl in der Küche als auch in den Schlafzimmern)

Haus war bei Ankunft nicht sauber Garten war ungepflegt, Rasen musste noch gemäht werden, Hecken geschnitten werden. Das Gelände ist viel zu steil, die Fläche ist dadurch sehr viel kleiner als angegeben. Die Auffahrt ist für Pkw mit Schaltgetriebe eine Zumutung. Die Agentur vor Ort hat sich bemüht, aber der Anfang und die Lage ist des Grundstücks war und ist eine Zumutung. Die Couch ist defekt und abgenutzt, das ganze wurde mit einer Decke kaschiert. Das 4.schlafzimmer ist vielmzu klein.

... Die Unterkunft war ihr Gel...

... Die Unterkunft war ihr Geld bei weitem nicht wert bei Anreise Pool ... nicht gereinigt an der Treppe zum Pool fehlten eine komplette Reihe Fliesen das geht garnicht mit Kinder ist das ... . Kein WLAN man kommt sich vor wie im Mittelalter. Die endreinigung der vormieter lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Kurz gesagt für 14 Tage ist der Preis von 3600€ in keiner Weise wert

Der Pool wurde unmittelbar gereinigt. Die fehlenden Fliesen wurden ersetzt.

Zweckmäßige aber schöne Einric...

Zweckmäßige aber schöne Einrichtung. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit sehr vielen Elektrogeräten (Mikrowelle, Senso Maschine, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher). Betten teilweise sehr hart. Für 8 Personen sehr kleiner LED–Fernseher. Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit Pool. Ideal für den Urlaub mit Hund. Zu beachten ist aber, dass das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt ist sondern zur Straße nur durch Hecken abgegrenzt ist. Wir kommen wie jedes Jahr wieder. Reisetipps: Sehr schön ist der Strand an dem der Hund frei laufen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der See mit Strand und Liegewiese mit Gras in Moutchic (Lac de Lacanau). Die Umgebung hat mit seinem Pinienwald und der Landschaft einen sehr hohen Erholungswert für Mensch und Hund. Sehr gute Restaurants in Lacanau – Océan die für jeden Geschmack und Preisklasse etwas bieten. Sehr zu empfehlen sind das La Cabane, Le Cochon oder die Burgerrestaurant.

Sauberkeit des Hauses bei Anku...

Sauberkeit des Hauses bei Ankunft war nicht gegeben. W–LAN funktionierte nur an der Rezeption. Reisetipps: Sehr schöne Strände, für Kinder gibt es zwei gute Zoos innerhalb einer Stunde Fahrzeit.

Kostenloses WLAN wäre schön....

Kostenloses WLAN wäre schön.Der Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reisetipps: Die lange und saubere Strände von Lacanau Ocean, sowie der See in Moutchic genießen. Bordeaux ist sehr sehenswert und interessant. Man kann dort vieles entdecken und entspannen. Unbedingt der Bucht von Arcachon besuchen, einfach ein Paradies für die, die erholsame Tage verbringen möchten.Nicht weit davon sind die Dünen von Pilat besuchen. Auf 110 Meter hat man ein wunderschönes Blick von der schönen Landschaft.

Tired interior of house, nice pool

The house was very dated inside. It needs to be refurbished & modernised especially for the amount of money we paid. The location was good & the swimming pool was nice.
