ne vaut pas le détour

propriétaire très aimable, disponible et réactive c'est très bien mais pour la maison c'est nul, accès par une route étroite etdéfoncée hyper pentue rendant le stationnement périlleux, mobilier hors d'âge et inconfortable, déco zéro, lave linge en panne, nuisances sonores permanentes par chiens camions autocars qui passent sur grande route en contre bas, pour ainsi dire pas de prises de courant, sdb obsolète par de robinet thermostatique à la douchette tu gèle ou tu crame, vraiment c'est nul

Belle maison, mais le confort au niveau meubles n 'y est pas ; pas de micro-onde , vieux lave-linge qui fonctionne une fois sur deux, pas d'internet haut débit, tv bloque....

Super lage

Das Haus ist toll gelegen mit einer wunderbaren aussicht und einem kleine garten jedoch nicht 1000qm wie angegeben sondern max. 120qm .wir haben die Frischen zitronen direkt vom baum sehr genossen..wunderbarer terasse. .leider ist die unterkunft sehr in die jahre gekommen.steckdosen habe einige Wackelkontakt,eine lampe im gan geht nicht.eine herdplatte geht beim kochen immer aus.die waschmaschine geht nicht richtig.und die schränke stinken modrig. Die betreuung war aber sehr net und problemlos.

Voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen.

Grote tuin is voor het grootste deel niet toegankelijk en zorgt voor veel muggen overlast in juni. Buiten zitten op de veranda was daardoor niet mogelijk. Woning is gedateerd en vloer was niet schoon. Onduidelijke communicatie over hoe alles geregeld is. Sommige wandcontactdozen deden het niet.

Buena hubicación y dueños muy amables

El chalet esta bien ubicado, ibamos a la playa andando. Hay dos playas pequeñas, nos gusto mas las segunda hay que andar un poco mas, pero con esas vistas no cuesta nada. Aconsejamos llevar gafas de buceo para poder ver los peces, el agua es cristalina, nos encantó. Los dueños son muy agradables y la señora de la inmobiliaria también, nos aconsejaron sobre donde ir a comer. Lo peor son los mosquitos, no hay quien los mate, los dueños dejaron multiples insecticidas, pero fueron ineficaces.

Das Haus ist schon älter, einige Steckdosen sind zwecks Nutzungsverhinderung überklebt, der Schrank im Schlafzimmer roch sehr muffig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute, der Service vor Ort (Hilfe bei Problemen) war vorbildlich.

Empfang + Erklärung durch eine...

Empfang + Erklärung durch eine altes, NUR spanischsprechendes Ehepaar. Wir sollten nur 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern benutzen, die Waschmaschine + den Backofen gar nicht. Für die Kaution war es sehr schwierig eine Quittung zu bekommen.Bei Abreise mußten wir entgegen der Ausschreibung Stromkosten zahlen. TV war nicht O.K., wurde nach 2 Tagen repariert. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil und z.T.unbefestigt. Das Haus selber war sehr schön. Die Zimmer groß. Es war alles vorhanden, was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Sonnenschirme waren allerdings kaputt. Nach der Eingewöhnungszeit sind wir mit dem Ehemann gut klargekommen – mit Händen und Füßen. Reisetipps: Die Strände sind steinig, Am Wochenende sind in strandnähe keine Parkplätze zu bekommen, da die Spanier dann da sind. Der Ort ist nicht sehr touristisch, 80 % Spanier

Die aufgeführten Punkte wurden überprüft und mit den Vermietern besprochen: Das Ferienhaus wurde mit 3 Personen belegt, sie hatten im Vorfeld lediglich 2 Schlafzimmer vorbereitet und die Kunden entsprechend informiert, die Nutzung jedoch nicht ausgeschlossen. Hier lag ein Missverständnis vor. Waschmaschine und Backofen wurden überprüft, beide Geräte sind funktionstüchtig. Inzwischen wird der Stromverbrauch vor Ort nach Verbrauch berechnet. Irrtümlicherweise hatte die Vermieterin die Neuregelung bereits bei diesen Kunden angewendet, die bezahlten Stromkosten wurden erstattet.
