Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "di Nelson" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Please note: car recommended.

Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Nett, mit schöner Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung und Grösse der Unterkunft sind in Ordnung aber nicht beeindruckend. Dass nichteinmal Deckenventilatoren oder ähnliches in den Zimmern existieren fiel bei uns Wetterbedingt zum Glück nicht ins Gewicht. Die Terrasse und beschattete Fläche sind schon eher klein. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch schön und der kleine Strand zu Fuss in 700m ererichbar. Tatsächlich ägerlich waren für uns wie für die Kinder die steinharten Matratzen. Alles recht klein.

Vista mare fantastica

Villetta con giardino molto carina. Accogliente e con arredamento funzionale. Con due camere da letto, soggiorno open space e cucina, un bagno. Il giardino è di circa 90 - 100 metri quadri, ben tenuto e circondato da una bellissima siepe di Lantana. La vista sul mare è stupenda ed è di fronte all'isola di La Maddalena. La villetta al suo interno non è molto spaziosa ma è perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone, una o due coppie o un gruppo di 4 amici. Zona tranquilla.
