Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Shop 12 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Playa de Muro" 34 km. Hiking paths: Camí Vell de Lluc 250 m. Relaxing stay

House is in a fantastic location. Remote and quiet, but centrally located on the island with easy access for excursions. It was a peaceful oasis after the crowded beaches and tourist spots. Pool and outside BBQ area was great for relaxing and dining during the afternoon and evening heat. Pool was a perfect size and great temperature for cooling off. Some great restaurants in Selva and Calmari just a short drive down the hill. Would certainly stay again if we were back in Mallorca again.

Impressive location but poorly serviced

The property location and size were impressive. However, when we arrived all the shutters were closed and the property hadn't been aired for some time, smelling accordingly. Inside, there was no pack of information and no instructions for the TV, WiFi, dish washer and those for the cooker and washing machine were poor. The kettle didn't work (replaced next day), we couldn't get the oven to work until the owner who turned up at 6pm managed it after some effort. Upstairs shower didn't work, etc.

Tolle Unterkunft in den Bergen

Tolle Unterkunft in den Bergen, viel Platz, großes Grundstück, super Pool. Alles Nötige vorhanden, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich. Vorhandene Waschmaschine sehr hilfreich, der Keller ist allerdings etwas nass und riecht modrig - hier bräuchte es eine entsprechende Belüftung. Insgesamt würden wir wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen , guter Service und Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen . Unbedingt einen , besser zwei Reichweitenverlängerer fürs WLAN draußen mitnehmen . Wenn wir nochmal in die Berge fahren ist es wieder in der engen Auswahl.

Wunderschöner Ort - Erholung Pur

Das Haus war wunderschön und die Lage aussergewöhndlich. Aussicht Top. Einbruchsichere Fensterläden. Um das Haus sind die Schafe vom Besitzer die man täglich sieht und hört. Jeden morgen um 7.40 kommt der Schafshirt / PoolBoy. Er ist aber leise und nimmt auch jeden Tag den Abfall mit. Man muss nichts entsorgen. Die Umgebung, friedlich und schön. Einzige beanstandung, die Bratpfannen und Messer könnten mal ersetzt werden. Der ist Besitzer sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir werden das Haus wieder buchen.

Mallorca aus einer anderen Perspektive

Alles wie beworben, eine wunderschöne Location mit tollem Panorama, weit ab vom Trubel der Insel. Super Service durch die beiden Angestellten am frühen Morgen (tägliche Pool Reinigung + Entsorgung des Mülls), ansonsten ungestörte Urlaubsentspannung. Sehr gute Ausstattung und alles im guten Zustand (Tip: WLAN Verstärker/Repeater mitnehmen, nur dann reicht das Signal bis zum Pool). Fazit: Man muss wissen worauf man sich einlässt, aber dann ist es einfach nur herrlich!!

Eine tolle Finca zum Wohlfühlen

Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Tägliche Reinigung des Pools, sowie der Aussenanlagen. Wer die Lage in den Bergen mag, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Würden dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter.

Herbsturlaub mal anders

Sehr schöne Lage hervorragen der Empfang und der Service durch Herrn ... und seinen Mitarbeiter. Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit großzügigen Räumen im Erd- und Obergeschoss. Es war rundherum Klasse! Für eine Wiederholung bestehen gute Chancen, obwohl wir leidenschaftliche Camper mit Wohnwagen sind und den skandinavischen Raum bevorzugen als Reiseziel.

Für Wanderer Toplage in der Tramuntana

Haus super. Einrichtung gut. Küche als Essplatz nicht optimal (2x 4er Tische) Küchenzubehör (Besteck und Geschirr und weitere übliche Küchenhilfsmittel sind etwas wenig oder fehlen) Kein Mobilfunkempfang - dass muss nicht zwingend negativ sein. Riesen Grundstück - 1,5 h gewandert, aber kein Durchgang nach Norden, um den Berg zu umrunden.

Schöne Finca in absoluter Ruhiglage

Eine sehr schöne Finca. Hier kann man abschalten. Wer auf WLAN hofft, wird enttäuscht sein. Auch mit dem Telefonieren ist es schwierig. Also beste Erholung. Alles da, was man benötigt. Allerdings sollte mal die eine oder andere Pfanne sowie das ein oder Werkzeuge in der Küche erneuert werden. Es waren sehr viele Ameisen im Haus. Da kann der Besitzer nichts dafür aber sobald nur ein Brotkrumen irgendwo lag, kamen die Ameisen unmittelbar angerannt. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr gemütlich.

Hallo, ich kann nur soviel sagen, dass wir super zufrieden waren mit der Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr sympatischer Mensch.Würde diese Finca jederzeit wieder mieten. Vielen Dank.
