Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring. If approved we have a $70 pet fee per dog per week.

Tucked into the heart of Paradise Valley, Elbow Creek Retreat is a spacious five-bedroom home on a 3-acre lot within a 2,500-acre working cattle ranch. With panoramic views of the Absaroka Mountains, this tranquil property offers an ideal setting for families and friends to gather and explore the natural beauty of Montana. Located 20 miles south of Livingston and 40 miles from Yellowstone National Park, you're perfectly positioned for adventure and relaxation alike.

- Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
- Sunroom (Main Level): Two twin beds with views of the surrounding landscape.

Elbow Creek is the perfect place to stay for a family get away. The scenery is beautiful, the house is cozy and has room for everyone. There are several great things to do around the house to entertain a large group: ping pong, pool table, games, frisbee golf, board games. From the hot tub, you can view thousands of bright stars at night. Hiking trails and hot springs are close by and easy to get to. We can't wait to come back!

40th Anniversary in Paradise Valley

The house was comfortable and spacious. The yard and view were spectacular with the view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. It was 30 minutes to Livingston, a scenic drive. Also only 15 minutes to Chico and Emigrant which was very convenient.

Beautiful view, hidden spice rack

Amazing spot, only sad part of the trip is I drove to town to get salt, “a little upset that a rental that fancy didn’t come stocked with the basic spices”. But when I got back the house mates found the hidden door in the cabinet with everything i needed. Only mention it to hopefully keep someone from making the same needles trip in to town.

Perfect place for big family.

Loved, loved, loved our stay at Elbow Creek Retreat! There were 8 adults and an 19 month old spending 10 days. We were all in town for our son’s wedding at Stoneflower Wedding Venue, about 2 miles away. Couldn’t have been more convenient! House is so comfy, well equipped (even 2 porta-cribs). Spacious so we weren’t all crammed in. The views are incredible. And they do mean in the middle of a working cattle ranch. Herd hung out in pasture immediately behind backyard for a couple days. It was awesome. Checked them out but not too close and no, it wasn’t smelly in house because they were there!! Plenty of equipment/dishes in kitchen, plenty of huge towels. We also had our son’s dog with us. Loved the massive back yard ( as did our granddaughter) but it is not 100% fenced. We did fine because they stay close anyway. We absolutely recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for large home. 30 minutes north of Yellowstone north entrance. 20-25 minutes south of Livingston.

Large, quiet house in the country.

Our group of friends really enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. The house is laid out kind of odd but it's very nice and nicely equipped.

Nice place, would of like to see some touch up cleaning before we arrived. Vacuumed up about 40 dead flies and cleaned the bath/showers. Great views!

Montana family reunion

8 of us all stayed in this absolutely gorgeous Montana ranch home. There were sprawling views, so much space, lots of great provided information, and a fantastic location for getting to Livingston/Bozeman and Yellowstone. It was the trip of a lifetime. The only reason I gave the three star cleanliness rating is just because there was a mice (or two) living in the cupboards that kept getting in to our groceries. It's a country home, it's not unusual or shocking, but wanted to mention it.
