The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private 26 foot poolside patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo you will have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!
The great room features plenty of seating for your group with a comfortable sleeper sofa, love seat and a recliner. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the Smart Cable TV with HBO! And being poolside you will have direct access to the pool and beach from your condo. Just think how easy it will be to have fun and keep an eye on the kids at all times. Wireless Internet is also provided.
While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 6 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a regular coffee maker.
There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. The master suite features a king size bed and a private bathroom. It has a Memory Foam mattress that will provide you with a perfect night's sleep! There are floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that lead out to the Poolside patio. The guest bedroom features a brand new Memory Foam twin & queen size beds and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with Smart TVs.
