Die Sauberkeit des Objekts war mangelhaft. Schmutz, verendete Insekten und Schuhabdrücke auf dem Boden, sowie Staub und Schmutz auf Oberflächen. Spinnweben an Wänden und anderen Stellen, wo man aber auch rankommen kann, wenn man Möbel mal etwas verschiebt oder einen Staubwedel benutzt. Im Bad gibt es anscheinend ein bekanntes Problem mit feuchten Außenwänden. Die Fugen zwischen den Fliesen lösen sich und bröckeln heraus.Einige der wenigen Steckdosen funktionierten nicht und schließlich lief auch noch der Geschirrspüler aus.Nach kurzer, unkomplizierter Rücksprache wurde versucht dies zu beheben, was jedoch 2 Tage in Anspruch nahm. Der Hausmeister war sehr nett und hat sich unsere Hinweise zum Objekt angehört.Die Kosten der Endreinigung belaufen sich auf 180,- und man hat das Objekt besenrein zu übergeben.Das machte uns besonders wütend, nachdem wir den Zustand des Objekts gesehen haben. Wir hoffen, dass mit der Reinigungsfirma gesprochen wird (das Problem scheint ebenfalls bekannt) und sich für künftige Urlauber ein anderer Eindruck ergibt.Wünschenswert wären dichte Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und ein Wäscheständer für Badesachen gewesen. Auch Topfdeckel um die Energie beim Kochen zu reduzieren wären toll gewesen.Die Lage ist sehr gut, Blick auf die Ostsee und im Umkreis kann man sich einiges ansehen, spazieren oder einfach nur am Strand entspannen.Da wir großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir den Urlaub trotz allem genießen.

Sehr schöne Lage, positiv der eigene parkplatz .Erneuerung der Sessel und Sofa währe angebracht.Auf Beanstandungen unsererseits wuurde sehr schnell und unkompliziert reagiert, ansonsten sehr angenehm, kleiner Garten mit Grünfläche und schöner Ausblick auf den Hafen und Panorama Aussicht auf die Ostsee.
