Great location, near everything. Be aware it is across the street from a loud restaurant/bar that has live music during the weekend until 11pm or so.

As you can see this property is a block away from EVERYTHING! This made it easy to travel with 5 kids under 8 yrs old. We didn't have to get in a car or see a booster seat all week. The best part of having three families from three different states with different interests was each day, each family had the freedom to walk to whatever they wanted to do, coming and going from the house all day, and then we would all end up back at the house for dinners each night. Having this prime location made it so I really didn't plan anything before our trip besides having some bikes delivered (Folly bikes and boards). The house was kid proof and set up with plenty of seating for our family members that are local and came to visit. When I first walked in the house I knew we would be staying here again in the future. Sheryl was in contact with me during the trip and I'm confident, had I needed anything, she would have arranged it.This is only the 2nd online review I have taken the time to write...ever. Thank you and have a great time on Folly.

Clean rooms, had some difficulties sleeping with the bar across the street and the sheets were washed and dried in scented laundry detergent. After10 pm the bar quieted down. Quick walk to Folley Beach.
