New villa with communal pool close to the beach and center Casa Torre Nueva is a modern house in a small complex with a communal pool. The sea is only a few minutes' walk away as is the center of Conil. The house has an interesting architecture with a central light well. On the ground floor there is a small separate kitchen, a dining area and the living room. On the second floor there are three bedrooms around the light well: the master bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom, There is a bedroom with a smaller double bed and one with a bunk bed for children. These two bedrooms share another bathroom. Upstairs is the roof terrace with wonderful views all the way to the sea. In the basement there is a room with 4 further single beds and a shower room. In front of the living room is a terrace with lounge furniture. A small private garden offers access to the communal area with a beach-style pool for refreshment. The pool is open all year round with the exception of maintenance periods.
