Wonderful condo! The first thing I noticed (when I was done looking at the view of the ocean!) was how clean it was. I am a professional cleaner and know where to look and it was spotless. That’s a nice feeling when you’ve just traveled all day with children. The beds were comfortable, condo had a cozy 90’s vibe, kitchen was stocked with an assortment of pans and cooking utensils, the units were quiet/couldn’t hear neighbors, and the resort was absolutely beautiful. In the evenings there was live music and the restaurant was right there, which was a lifesaver when our flight got in late. Food Lion is also only three blocks away. You get access to the pools and gym but can’t use the resort’s chauffeur service or pool towels.Highly recommend this unit for any family and would rent it again!

Home away from home

This place has it all! Perfect views, oceanfront, pools, lazy river, tiki bar, exercise room. Close to many fun family activities, shops, entertainment and restaurants. This is our favorite location by far. The room had everything we needed and more!

Loved the ocean

It was great every morning walking the beach and sitting on the porch drinking coffee! We had everything we needed to spend a great week golfing and on the beach!

Beautiful Rental

The rental was well maintained, clean, and very spacious. The resort had everything you could imagine. I love that they had entertainment in the pool area.

Late Summer Get Away

Our yearly late summer get away to Myrtle Beach was wonderful. VRBO did an excellent job with everything . When we take our late summer getaway we always use VRBO.

Weather was terrible the whole weekend, but the unit was great. Needs a little 'love', but it's in a great location (quiet residential neighborhood). Breakfast in the restaurant was great, and drinks at the bar were good, too. All the hotel staff was friendly though we didn't book this unit through them. Have stayed at this property before, but not in the penthouse VRBO.

Nice stay

The decor is a little dated but all items are functional. The property management company communicated with me promptly. The amount of towels and washcloth’s was way more than adequate. Since I have stayed at Island Vista before I can say all in all this property was equal to all the others.
