The newly built Villa AnSo offers plenty of space for up to 8 people (max. 6 adults). The house is located in a quiet yet easily accessible area—an ideal place to relax, even for larger families.
There is also the option to charge an electric car on the property for a fee.

On the ground floor of this high-end home, you’ll find a large living-dining area with an open kitchen, a guest bathroom, and an utility room.

The upper floor features tastefully furnished bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds (1.60/1.80 × 2.00 m) and pull-out couches (mattress topper 1.60 × 2.00 m). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. They are air-conditioned, equipped with blackout curtains, and feature window screens and balcony door screens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Outside, a covered seating area with an outdoor kitchen and a 24 m² heated pool with sun loungers invite you to relax. A shaded carport for two cars and an additional parking space are available.

The property is completely fenced and can be locked. Please note that the outdoor areas have been newly landscaped and freshly planted.
