Private: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (15 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, tennis, patio (15 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5.5 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 5.5 km, rocky beach 15 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: Winery 4 km.
