Private: property 1'200 m2, lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Labin" 10 km, pebble beach 8 km. Please note: airfield 47 km from the property.
