The property, which is over 100 years old, has a charming mix of restored furniture and modern elements that ensure both comfort and style.
The spacious terrace exudes an enchanting charm with its beautiful old paving slabs and sun canopy. Relax on comfortable furniture, gather around the table or unwind under the gnarled olive tree. The inviting pool invites you to relax with a refreshing drink while enjoying the view of the Tramuntana mountains. (The pool is closed from November to the end of March).
Enter the villa via the wrap-around terrace and a small entrance hall adorned with natural stone and river pebbles. The large living room has a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, allowing for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on the ground floor, while there are two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the upper floor.
