Villa Casa Capri with private heated pool

Enjoy this 8-person villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the Costa Blanca.



The Costa Blanca is known for its abundant sunshine. This villa is located in a modern neighborhood in the picturesque village of Polop (near La Nucia).

It's just 15 to 20 minutes from Benidorm, Albir, and Altea. Enjoy the spacious streets from the comfort of your own home and always have a parking space in front of your house.

If you'd like to visit the promenade or the beach, you can reach them in about 20 minutes.



The villa was built in 2019 and is now exactly what we wanted.

The private pool is 3 x 10 meters, so big enough for swimming laps. It can also be heated.

Around the pool are four sun loungers, a beautiful lounge set, and a four-poster bed for some shade during your siesta.

The garden features a few palm trees and fruit trees surrounding the house. Bougainvillea is also abundant.



The living area is slightly elevated, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful view of Ancient village Polop from your terrace, with a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea.

The terrace is equipped with an electric awning and a large dining table. The living room is furnished in Ibiza style and features a flat-screen TV (Smart) and a cozy corner sofa.

A spacious dining table is located near the modern kitchen, which is equipped with a large American-style refrigerator, a large freezer, and, of course, ice cubes. An induction hob, oven, and microwave are also provided.

There is a regular coffee maker and a bean-to-cup coffee machine.



On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

You can also enjoy a lovely roof terrace there, complete with a canopy, sofa, and cozy chairs.

The view from there is spectacular in the evening!



The basement/cellar has another full floor with an additional living area. There is a lounge sofa with a large smart TV, perfect for watching a movie together. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed.

There is parking space for three cars in front of the villa. Parking for one car is also possible in the yard, but it's not really necessary.

The entire house is air-conditioned.



Polop is an pittoresk ancient village, ideal for enjoying a holiday on the Costa Blanca.

Many beaches are within 20 minutes, as are Aqualandia water park and Natura Waterpark in Benidorm.
