Provencal style house located in the countryside 4 km from the city center and its shops, access via a dead-end dirt road takes you directly to the house, access is easy and direct. House of 200m2 upstairs and view of the Alpilles, its location on a plot of 5000 m2 fully fenced and closed by an electric gate allows you to stay safely, its south facing layout and its layout are an asset for your stay in Provence. It has a large covered terrace, decorated with an arbor, of about 50m2, which becomes for your holidays a real place of life due to its equipment (barbecue, hammock, large garden table that can accommodate several people) the swimming pool of 12mx6m (gently sloping and deeper 1m80) has an alarm for the safety of your children, sunbathing are available to you as well as its local well-equipped swimming pool: walk-in shower, basin supplied with hot water, separate toilet, pool towels are provided.
The house has on the ground floor a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and household appliances, a table that can accommodate 6 people, a back kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board, this room opening onto a closed garage where you can have a freezer, the access from this kitchen is direct on the terrace. A large living room with its sitting area in front of the bay window overlooking the garden, and below the TV corner, DVD player, sofa and fireplace, a bedroom is located on the ground floor, west side, with its 140 cm bed , a wardrobe and shower room with its sink and shower, this room is open to the outdoor courtyard, the toilets are independent.
Upstairs, you will have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large bathroom (bath, 2 sinks), separate toilet, these 2 bedrooms open onto a terrace, one has a 160 cm bed, a chest of drawers and storage cupboards, this bedroom gives access to the mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person, the other bedroom has a 160 cm bed, storage cupboards, possibility of adding a bed for young children. Household linen is provided, sheets and towels for the bathrooms and tea towels for the kitchen.
All the rooms in the house are spacious and south facing to take full advantage of the sunshine,

The ground floor bedroom is very popular for people with reduced mobility.
This house is non-smoking and does not accept animals because we have cats, non-invasive, which have enough space so as not to disturb you during your stay.
The cats and the fish in the basin at the entrance of the house are fed by the owner, the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden are also carried out by the owner, a mowing of the lawn is done every 15 days. The flower beds and the lawn are irrigated by an automatic watering system, we take care of the swimming pool and the few pots of flowers on the terrace every 3 days with a visit to the house in agreement with our holidaymakers.
