Our experience was fantastic. The separate private room over the garage allowed for our daughter and grandchildren's family thier space. The view of the bluff and ocean was so relaxing. The dunes in the front created the perfect barrier between us and any car activities at the beach. The kids play in the sand all day long. We had a fire each night. We cooked every meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable home on the beach

This was a great vacation rental that suited our multi-generation family of 4 couples for grad weekend very well. It was a nice distance away from campus to be able to get away from SLO and enjoy our time together during the hectic weekend.

Great Beachfront Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beachfront home. We went for the 4th of July and we had a great view of the Pismo Pier fireworks. I highly recommend this home and the owners were very easy to work with.

The perfect view

This property was exactly as described, if not better! The back patio deck was perfect, large with no obstructing views. Our family spent more time visiting on the back deck enjoying the ocean view.

Excellent stay

The house was excellent - plenty of space and with the beach in the backyard. Communication with the host was seamless, and check in/out was easy. The only thing that threw us for a surprise was the cars on the beach, which were allowed to be there as part of the state park.

This place was great! While it has some wear and tear due to being close to the beach, the location is fantastic and it has plenty of beds for all 8 of our group. It it located literally on the beach. This is the only beach where cars can drive on, but we were still able to place our towels in between some cars and enjoy the beach. The owners had high standards in terms of rules but they weren't as daunting as they seem.I recommend this place if you want to be right on the beach with a very large group.

Fantastic Stay in Oceano

We had a fantastic time! Location was perfect. It was very nice having the sand dunes be our backyard, and being steps away from the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet, which added to our relaxing vacation. House and amenities were exactly as listed. The owner was very easy to work with. Can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Home Getaway

The property had amazing views and backyard access to the beach. We all enjoyed the activities they had to offer near by. All within walking distance. Mornings we started with a nice cup of brew in the patio area in the backyard. And nights were filled with a great time and conversations around the fire pit.

Great place. Very roomy. You don’t feel stacked on top each other. The deck is a great spot even though you can’t really see the beach. The dune keeps the noise from the cars out but you’re still close enough to walk out there in just a minute. Everything was well organized. Floorboard on the first step to living room is wobbly.

Family Gathering

We gathered with family to celebrate a birthday. The home is clean & comfortable with lots of amenities and an amazing view. Each bedroom was well stocked with blankets & pillows. My grand babies played for hours off the back patio in the sand.

Amazing time with family. We were a family of 5 and celebrated a birthday week. It was very quiet, no neighbors around and felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Private and peaceful. Although there are sand dunes which block the view of the ocean (you have to walk up to see the shoreline) it was for the better as it also block the wind and allowed us to bbq and enjoy dinner on the deck. We forgot firewood and were able to Uber eats some firelogs from the nearby Vons. Overall it was a great experience and we will plan to visit again next year.
