Casa Benisi is a front line comfortable and spacious apartment on the 5th Floor and looks out directly South over the sea toward Port Adriano and El Toro. It has a large air conditioned lounge with 2 comfortable sofas,and opens onto a big balcony with table and chairs, sun loungers and an awning all of which lends itself to the ideal spot to sip those final sun downers whilst enjoying the view. A 42in Flatscreen TV with most of the free UK channels and many European Language channels plus a Blueray player and a stereo with CD system is also provided. The large main double bedroom has sliding doors onto the same balcony and is bright airy and comfortable. The second bedroom has 2 single beds is also a nice size, and is at the rear of the flat. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped large kitchen has a dining area in it and comes with all the normal facilities and appliances.The large bathroom is beautifully equipped and the whole flat gives you an air of comfortable and pleasant living.
Local Information: To go swimming from the beach in the beautiful El Toro bay is less than a 3 minute walk away. Most Water Sports are available on the Santa Ponca or Magaluf beaches. Golf is available at Golf 1 & 2 in Santa Ponsa which is about a 10 minute car drive away. There is also Golf Poniente which is near Magaluf a 15 minute car drive away and finally the beautiful course at Royal Golf Bendinat which is about 25 minute car drive away. There are numerous nice restaurants and boutiques to suit all budgets in Port Adriano plus a new 5* Hotel all within 10 mins walking distance. The marina has undergone an extensive redevelopement program which is now puts it on par with the very best the Mediterranean has to offer. There is a newly opened Dive Centre and many Charter Boat Companies to choose from. ********************************** PLEASE NOTE that the seawater swimming pool in front of the apartments is privately owned and belongs to the Restaurant. At this moment in time there are some technical issues with the pool and it is closed

General Information: Magaluf which is about 10 minutes away by car is essentially a family resort with Aqua Parks (2) , Go-Karts, An Ocean Park and mini Golf plus huge variety of restaurants, bars, night clubs and shops to suit all tastes. Magaluf has a beautiful wide and long beach of fine sand. Santa Ponsa which is about 5 minutes drive by car lies in the opposite direction. A much more leisurely town than Magaluf but also with a fine beach, many bars, restaurants and shops and again a very large and beautiful beach of fine sand. The area also has many lovely small coves and bays with delightful small beach restaurants serving wonderful fresh fish plus many other tasty Mallorcan dishes. Please note that a car although not perhaps essential is certainly recommended as it would allow you to explore the local area plus the rest of this beautiful island more easily. The new motorway links Santa Ponsa to the capital city of Palma which is about a 25 minute drive away.
General Information Con'd: The very upmarket marina of Porto Portals with its magnificent boats, yachts and very expensive boutiques is about a 10 minute drive away in the direction of Palma. In the other direction lies Andratx which is another lovely very 'up market' town with numerous restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Some of the most beautiful homes on the island are in this area and many famous people reside there. The very beautiful and rugged West Coast with its numerous pretty villages should not be missed. It can be reached by car in about 25 minutes. The central mountainous region of the island allows plenty of exploring and is about a 45- 60 minute drive away

The Rental does not include a cleaning service. The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival with clean linen and towels. We ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition and respectfully point out that should any additional cleaning to normal be required the cost of this will be deducted from your deposit. A security deposit of £300 is required to cover any breakages or damage. This deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure providing the apartment / contents have not suffered any damage and it has been left in a reasonable condition.

Amazing location. Three apartment had everything to make the stay perfect, including all the beach mats and toys. Literally on the loveley El Toro beach. Really close to all the amazing facilities (restaurant, dive centre etc of Port Adriano).
We have just returned from a fantastic stay in El Toro at this lovely apartment. The views are incredible and you have everything you could need within walking distance - beach, restaurants etc. If you want to travel slightly further afield then there is a bus which goes from just outside the apartment block - Santa Ponsa is only 10mins away. Excellent communication with the property owner Peter and we had no issues at all. Thank you for helping us have a lovely family holiday!

We enjoyed our stay, and the view of the bay and Port was definitely the highlight of our holiday, also the option of another parking area was handy, especially if you return later in the day, as the main car park is usually full by around 3pm.We will hopefully return again in the future.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment itself was large and spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed. Stunning views from the large balcony.There were a few glitches with WiFi, TV and cooker, but it was explained to us that a changeover of cleaner/manager had caused hiccups, which we understood. There's a couple of small supermarkets within easy walking distance, and plenty of places to eat out if desired. Overall a very relaxing stay.
Nice hosts with great tips, always available. Clean and tidy apartment.

Arrival was easy, on opening door, wow what a view, light flooded the whole apartment. Paul thankyou so much for a wonderful stay and we met the lovely Beth on our last day while she was working hard next door. Beautiful area and delicious restaurant just down below.
We had a fantastic holiday the apartment is better than described with fantastic views of the harbour where there are excellent restaurants , we are already talking about about booking again for next year.

Really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, the view stunning and the check-in process seamless. The only negative remark I get to make is that the swimming pool was closed. But that wasn't really an issue, as we got to swim in the sea simply by walking out the door.

As always delighted that you enjoyed your holiday in our apartment. Unfortunately the swimming pool is privately owned and for technical reasons is closed at the moment. However like you say the beautiful beach and sea is only a minutes walk away.
This is out second stay at this property at El Torro...as before the apartment was fantastic, ideally situated between Santa Ponsa and Magaluff which were just a 15 min away on the bus.
The beach at El Torro/ Port Adriano is probably one of the best and safest around....If you go there be sure to pop down to the chicken shed below which does fab food.

Pure Bliss
The pictures do not do this apartment justice, you can't belive the view when you open the patio doors for the first tim, the apartment was well furnished and clean with every concievable extra you could wish for. Excellent comunication prior to leaving from the owner and I wont hesitate to book this apartment again.

The wow factor of the property is the view. The view is enhanced by the comfort of the apartment. The double bed is very comfy and waking up to the view and watching all the activity on the water is better than the tv… although having U.K. channels was a bonus. I would advise taking binoculars so you can see all that is going on from the balcony. We had a car and it was easy to park and there was easy access to the motorways. A really good stay.

Another great holiday at Casa Benisi.
We have just returned from our second wonderful holiday at Casa Benisi. We stayed the same fortnight as last year and the apartment was just as lovely as we remembered; well equipped and spacious, with superb views over the port.
We visited in December and found bars and restaurants open in the port and in the various towns and villages of Mallorca.
Spar supermarket is within walking distance with a large car park. Also there is an Eroski just down the road (short drive away).
We are already looking forward to returning later this year.

On arrival we were taken aback by the view of the Harbour through the patio doors, the Apartment was nicely decorated through out, with nice size rooms, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, the owners had thought of everything
The double bed was the most comfiest we had ever slept on, we loved it so much we are going to book again for next year and this is a first for us as we never go back to the same place twice.

Perfect location and what a view!!
The apartment was everything we could have wanted, comfortable bed, amazing view which needs to be seen to be believed, a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery, entertainment and information. We have two daughters who were busting to go to Magaluf so this was the perfect compromise as we were able to drop them off in the car and then enjoy the peace of the balcony while they partied the night away. The communication from Peter was great and he was very accommodating when our flight times were changed. Only today we have discussed booking again next year.

Great location right on a quiet beach and lovely marina. 30 mins from Palma, and other local towns nearby. Family area and peaceful. A couple of local convenience stores close by and welcoming bar at the bottom of the apartments. Parking nearby. Wifi worked fine. No pool serving the apartment block, and looked like it had been out of use for possibly a year or two. Air conditioning unit in the apartment was a little bit of a chore as the drainage unit fed directly into a small bowl on the balcony and needed emptying after only 4-5 hours or so of usage, so you needed to keep a regular eye on the water level.

Fabulous apartment with stunning views.
Don't be put off by the external appearance of the apartment. From the outside it looks like a typical concrete tower block, but as soon as you walk through the door, the beautifully furnished and spacious rooms combined with the wonderful view of Port Adriano will delight and amaze you.
It has everything and more required for a self - catering holiday, including a large balcony that faces the sun all day.
We visited just before Christmas and actually needed to drop the awning to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, as the sun was so hot.
Even in December there were numerous bars and shops open and with a Spar supermarket within walking distance (it has a car park if you need heavier items) what more could you need?
Communication and directions to locate the property from Peter were excellent and Tess is on hand if there are any problems or queries.
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Benisi and hope to return later this year.

Although we have said it on numerous occasions we are always delighted to hear that our guests have enjoyed their stay at our apartment. We try our best and its nice to be appreciated. Thank you.
The property is located in a big apartment building with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach and marina. The unit is well equipped and overall well taken care of. We were having a great time until the manager barged in accusing us off not paying for the rental. I was under the impression that I paid in full when booking with VRBO and had never received any emails about outstanding payments. After looking at the app and my credit card statement we realized that VRBO had only taken 1/3 of the payment at the initial booking. The manager put the owner on the phone to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the owner immediately jumped into a rant accusing us of scamming him, not allowing me to explain that this was an honest mistake and that VRBO never sent me any emails about outstanding payments. I even showed the manager my inbox to prove this. Once she confirmed this, the owner calmed down a bit, and I immediately made the outstanding payment. While this was happening, the property manger went around the apartment making comments about fingerprints on the glass door and was snooping around the place, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This whole interaction put a real damper on our stay. Also, be aware that internet is not included in the rental fee. We have friends who own an apartment in the building, and they had considered recommending this place to family. Not sure that I can recommend to them after this rude interaction with the host.

Sorry dear guest but your review is absolute rubbish. Vrbo had contacted you 3 times asking you to pay the balance. You ignored every email and when you showed my manager your email inbox she immediately saw these reminders. In addition it seems unbelievable that you thought that the rental for this beautiful apartment was actually just the 10.% that you had paid. I left voice messages and SMS messages on your phone which you also ignored. Regarding the windows the state that they were in was totally unacceptable. They were not just marked they were filthy covered with some sticky substance that took my cleaner ages to remove. Yes my manager on my instructions did look around the apartment to check that everything else was ok.
As to the allegations that I ranted and raved at her is totally untrue. Yes l was angry because they had been there 12 days, had definitively received several email from Vrbo and myself ignored all of them and were presumably hoping that this non payment would go unnoticed till after they had departed. The website clearly states that there is an additional charge for WiFi so I don’t understand why this surprised her. In all a thoroughly unpleasant experience that l hope no other landlord will have to endure.

The minute that my wife and l walked into this apartment and saw the incredible views from the balcony we fell in love with the place and were hooked. Within a few days we ageed to purchase the apartment and have since spent numerous lovely holidays there with our family and friends. We adore the island, mainly because of the idyllic weather, but also because of the huge variety of places to go and visit and all within a 1-2 hour car journey through some very beautiful and scenic countryside.
