There is two-zone central air conditioning throughout. A 600 sq. ft. deck with a Weber gas grill, lounge chairs and patio furniture affords plenty of outdoor seating for lounging, dining and entertaining.

The master bedroom opens to a balcony with a bistro table and chairs. Both the master bedroom and the home office have soaring 16’ foot ceilings that make being in the space feel almost magical. Picture yourself sitting high on the balcony or on the first floor deck overlooking Long Creek reading a book or watching a never-ending show of ducks, geese, kingfishers, egrets, herons, swans and ospreys. Nature abounds!

Or you can float along on the creek in our two-person kayak, or for a change of scenery, ride one of the bicycles into town, to the beach or along country roads. When you return, a refreshing outdoor shower with dressing area will welcome you back.
