Each room is beautifully decorated with new furniture, bedding, paint, and decorative furnishings.
Perfectly maintained in a quiet neighborhood, our home is still situated close to the beach and within walking distance to all that Sea Isle's downtown has to offer! Park your car and walk to everything!!!

Walk into the first floor foyer entrance with full car garage and a beautiful walk-out bonus room complete with two full sleeper sofas, and 47'’ TV with Amazon Firestick
Second floor has the first of two master bedrooms with a Queen Bed and full bath along with a Twin Sized Sleeper Sofa and private deck, laundry room, one full hall bath, bedroom with 2 bunk beds (one twin over twin and one twin over full), and a bedroom with Queen Size bed and private deck.
The third-floor living area has the second master bedroom & bath with a private deck, a powder room off the kitchen, counter dining and dining room, spacious great room with a new sleeper sectional sofa, a new 55 inch TV and front deck. All bedrooms have brand new 42 inch to 47 TV’s.
We truly love our home and have worked very hard to make it as comfortable and accommodating as can be! We hope you will love it as much as we do! We are meticulous with care, cleaning, and upkeep of our property and would love to share our home with families who will show the same love and care to the home. We have been vacationing and renting in Sea Isle for over 20 years and appreciate the week's vacation that is planned at a shore house. We want our home to be the best accommodations for your vacation that will leave lasting good memories!
The third floor living area is one of our hang-out places for family time – new blinds throughout, brand new stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops, new subway tile back-splash, new sink and decorative faucet, Keurig Machine, garbage disposal, ice-making fridge, white cabinetry and plenty of storage. This is not your typical rental! Dishware, cookware, new counter appliances and utensils included. The kitchen island has two bar seats and our dining table set seats eight. There is a 1/2 bath adjacent to the kitchen.
The bright and sunny living room features a 55” HDTV, Xfinity, a large sectional sleeper sofa.
Finishing the top floor is the second master bedroom, queen bed set, 47” TV full bath, closet, and private deck. Four decks in all!
Down on the second floor the front bedroom has a queen sized bed, twin sleeper sofa, newly renovated bathroom, 42” flat screen TV, and private deck. The center bedroom has one set of twin-over-twin bunks, one twin over full bunk and a 42” Flat Screen TV. Extra mattress under bunk bed.
There is a full bath just renovated -- tub and shower in the hall. The back bedroom has a queen set, 42” flat screen TV, and large private deck.
The first floor bonus room has two brand new Full Sized Sleeper Sofas, 42” flat screen TV, Firestick, and a nearby refrigerator in the garage.
We are three houses off Landis, and then 1 block to beach. We are close to dining, the gym, shopping, playground, new library and numerous other activities! Everything you need is in walking distance. Marianne's Bakery is steps from the house! Newly built 44th street Sea Isle City Beach Patrol building along with new bathrooms!
3 Queens, 3 Full Sleeper Sofas, 1 Twin Sleeper Sofa, and 1 twin-over-twin bunk, 1 twin over full bunk total. Tenant is responsible for their own linens and towels. (Linen and towel service is available upon request).
The property has Comcast Xfinity Wifi throughout from May to November
This property is smoke free and pet free.
Tenant is responsible for completing a check-out list that is included on the lease. All sand and trash must be removed from the inside of the property prior to check-out.

Beautiful property close to beach and many restaurants and shops. The owner is very friendly, responsive, and understanding. We had an amazing vacation here.
We stayed for a long weekend with friends and really enjoyed the house. The house was even better than the pictures. Steve had great communication throughout the stay, checking in and providing local recommendations. Just an FYI the trash needs to be taken off property after the stay so make sure you plan for that. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place close to the beach and local bars/restaurants!
The beach house was a perfect fit for what we were looking for! Steve was a great host very accommodating and easy to work with and was very responsive to questions and special requests! Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting this property again!
We stayed at Steve's place because we were working in the area. Great place and location. Would love to go back in the summer. Shop, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. Couple of blocks to the beach.

Great House in a Great Location
We loved our stay at Dawn and Steve’s house. It was a great location for our wedding at the yacht club. The owners are very accommodating and flexible. We would absolutely stay there again.
The property is very nice and accommodated our 3 generation family very well. Parking was adequate for 3 large vehicles. The location is terrific. All Sea Isle attraction were within easy walking distance including fish alley, restaurants, and stores. Beach access is outstanding..
So much space in this great place, right in the heart of Sea Isle! Everything was walkable. Steve was very responsive and welcoming. The house is very spacious. I would definitely stay again! Great for a big family!
New, spacious home with a garage: for bikes, beach equipment, trash cans & a large refrigerator to store items not immediately needed. Modern: bathrooms, kitchen and multiple decks.(This property had numerous bikes, beach carts and beach chairs for renter's use.)Being a block and a half from the beach & local to bakery and deli is handy- as is being on a one-way street low traffic/ low noise/ felt very safe.
This home is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It really can't be beat! Lots of things for kids of all ages to do and the house is set up nicely with a first floor living space with outdoor area, tv, and pull out couches, a middle floor with a master bedroom and two other rooms and a bathroom, and a top floor with open kitchen and dining and living space with a deck and master bedroom. The host was great and easy to communicate with!
Hi Kenneth, I'm sorry that you experienced the smoke alarm going off. I wish you had contacted me during your stay and I would have had a repairman check it out and fix the problem. You only made me aware of the issue after you left, otherwise, I would have remedied the situation. Since you left early, I did refund you for the nights stay. Thank you for your comment, I'm always looking to improve my service and responsiveness.

Disappointed!
Location was great and host good about responding to texts and questions. House itself definitely needs some work. Blinds were broke and dirty, dishwasher door broken, sliding glass door in bedroom on main floor doesn't lock, no ice and freezer leaked. I paid a cleaning fee but wondered why. I had to make all the beds before leaving, dispose of trash and reline the garbage pails. Found dried dirty contacts on floor in bathroom. Not sure what cleaning crew does seeing condition of home.

I'm very sorry about your experience. I wish you would have communicated to me about those issues when you were here as I would have had a handyman come and take care of the issues. I did find out about the dishwasher door from my cleaners just before you arrived and I didn't have time to replace it. I know the dishwasher still worked, but the door just opened quickly as a spring was broken from a recent guest. I'm not sure what blind you're referring to as all of them are fine. From the ice maker has been fixed for future renters. As far as cleaning, my cleaners have been cleaning for me for years and do an excellent job. The contact on the floor was an unfortunate oversite and I've spoken to them about that. In the off season I do ask the tenants to remove the trash from the property so it doesn't sit and rot until the cleaners get there which can be a few days due to scheduling etc. As you can see from my excellent rating a 9.8 out of 10 I do take pride in my home and the condition for my tenants.

Really nice townhouse in Sea Isle City. Very clean and big with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms. The host Steve is great, very accommodating and easy to contact. Only 1 block to the beach which is beautiful and walking distance to restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend visiting Sea Isle which is a really beautiful beach community and staying at this townhouse to truly enjoy your get away.
We couldn’t have asked for a better rental in Sea Isle. The house was beautiful and clean, and Steve was very easy to work and communicate with before and during the week. If you are in the market for a rental in Sea Isle City that has the capacity to host a large group with plenty of space to spare, your search begins and ends with this property.
We have been vacationing in Sea Isle since college and have always dreamed of owning a home here. After years of dreaming and saving, we bought our house in April of 2013 and spent the past year remodeling and refurbishing to make it our own! We have three children and try to spend as much time as we can at the shore but also love sharing our home with family, friends, and guests!

We fell in love with the home immediately! The size accommodates our large family with plenty of room for guests! The close walk to the beach was the selling point along with its proximity to everything Sea Isle has to offer! We love being in the heart of the city and can walk to everything!
