•Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

This charming pet-friendly Morro Bay home is just two blocks from the beach, making it the ultimate escape for beach lovers and adventure seekers alike. With three inviting bedrooms, two baths, and space to sleep 8, this beautifully updated home is designed for relaxation and fun! Step inside to an open and airy living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for gathering with family and friends over home-cooked meals or game nights. The newly remodeled kitchen is a chef’s delight, fully stocked with top-notch appliances to whip up anything from morning pancakes to seafood feasts. Outside, you’ll find a private backyard patio, ideal for sipping your morning coffee, grilling up dinner on the propane BBQ, or letting your furry friend enjoy some fresh air. With all the comforts of home, this charming beach getaway has everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

Home Features:
• Master Bedroom features a king bed and adjoining bath
• Master bathroom has a step in shower
• 2nd bedroom features a queen bed
• Hall bathroom has a combination shower/tub
• 3rd bedroom is off of the garage and has a queen bed and trundle bed with 2 twins along with a flat screen tv. Please note: you must walk through the garage to access this bedroom and bathrooms are all located in the main home area.
• Newly remodeled kitchen is beautifully finished with great appliances and fully stocked to prepare gourmet meals.
• 2 Large flat screen TV’s and wireless internet is included.
• Propane BBQ in backyard for guest use
• 1 car garage and the driveway can accommodate 2 large vehicles.
• Full size washer and dryer for guest use in the garage

NO SMOKING.
Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old.

This home can accept 2 small dogs (both under 20lbs) or 1 medium dog (60lbs max) and must abide by our pet policy. Nightly Pet Fees, per pet, apply.

The communication was excellent, before and during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to prepare a meal. The beds were comfortable and we loved the master suite shower. We appreciated the washer and dryer, as well as the Culligan filtered water separate faucet.There was enough paper products, kitchen, laundry and hand soaps for our stay.We were very happy with this rental!

Great place for a family!

We rented this home for our family from Florida to stay while they visited. The house is clean, It's located in a great, walkable neighborhood close to the beach, and they enjoyed their overall stay. We will definitely try to book this place again when they come back to town!

Mini family getaway

This older yet redone home was comfortable for all 6 of us. The room off the garage seemed odd at first but actually worked out well as the kids could have their space and watch TV out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Good access to the beach and the bike trails and park for the kids.
