Great condo, comfortable and nicely appointed. Ground level was perfect for watching the beautiful sunrises and walk out onto the pier and pool. Enjoyed our week and would definitely rent again.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacay. Loved the fenced in property. Gave this mom peace of mind with littles. The private pier was also a very cool feature. The hosts are super nice and responsive. Great place. Can’t wait to come back!

We've been going to ABTS for years and have stayed in a lot of condos there. I think this one is our favorite! The location is perfect: ground floor with easy access to the grills, pier, and pool. The condo is attractive and comfy, with numerous thoughtful touches like a beach cart, fans, throw blankets, a toaster oven, a big fridge/freezer, and an easy check-in process. The owner was super nice, too. We'll be back!

This was THE PERFECT condo! So well appointed and stocked for a wonderful family stay! The location on the bottom floor, steps to the pier, pool, and beach … just perfect! It was so comfortable … felt like home!

Great Condo!

This is a great beach front condo. The kitchen has everything you need if you feel like cooking, but it is also close to shops and restaurants. A perfect spot to stay when you visit Amelia Island.

We had a special time with the grandchildren during our stay at Amelia By The Sea! This is a great condo with all the amenities you could ask for, even a fishing pier. It is exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the host was a wonderful communicator. We will definitely be returning and will not be bringing so much stuff the next time. We’ve all stayed in places that describe they have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.; then when you arrive, you have to hit Walmart. Not with this condo! They really do have chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards,(all in good condition). As for me, I love to cook at the beach and always take some of my own cookware; yes, I’m a little over the top… This kitchen has everything, from a silicone spatula, ice cream scoop, and a Wok. Yes, I used all of it! They even had a “junk drawer” with everything from scissors, first aid kit, to plug in covers for toddler protection! Thank you again, Norah, for sharing your unforgettable beachfront home!

Everything was amazing! The property was super clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The property owner was very responsive when booking and was available should we have needed anything during our stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at the beach!

The Perfect Beach Vacation

If you want to optimize your vacation to the beach, you must stay here. Everything was perfect. The pool, the direct beach access, the property itself. Beyond that, the property owners are excellent communicators, and just good people in general.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely return. The owner was incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure our family had a great experience.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. While there were some unexpected circumstances during our stay that were outside of anyone’s control, the owner handled everything with professionalism and generosity, which made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone so committed to taking care of their guests.Highly recommend this property and especially this host. If you’re looking for a place owned by someone who truly values her guests and goes above and beyond when needed, this is it.
