Little Blue is a family friendly cottage with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in one and a full size bed in the other. 1pullout sofa queen bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The enclosed screen porch has a twin bed for napping or leisurely reading. The dining room accommodates 6 with additional dining space on the back deck.
Little Blue is the quintessential cottage for your family get away or a fun time with friends. The additional lot next door allows room for privacy and fun. Not to mention a drivable or walkable access to Lake Michigan. Our private beach is currently small, bring water shoes.
Make a fire in the fire pit, relax and enjoy the sound and sights of wild life, smell the lake and wild flowers.
A perfect get away. Just relax, with no internet or WI-FI.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put used linens and towels in the basket in the bathroom.
Trash can needs to be pulled to tge end of the driveway Sunday evening.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Compliance with Good Neighbor Policy and Short Term Regulatory Ordinance required. (Posted in cottage) Quiet time is 10pm, 7 nights a week - enforced.
No tents, campers or RV's allowed. Minimum 3 day rental. Please place garbage can at end of driveway Sunday evening. Please respect our neighbors.
*** Please Note: Clean up after yourselves on the property and at the beach. When at the beach stay off the bluffs and dunes. They are unstable!

This house is comfortable and charming. Inside there is every little thing you might need and outside is a quiet and comfortable place to read in the hammock or eat supper under the trees. The walk to the beach is good; the beach is wonderful; and we will definitely be back!

It is a quintessential cottage. As others have commented, the cottage was well stocked with everything needed to cook just about anything. It is just a short distance to the beach and easy to find your way to South Beach. We spent an entire afternoon and evening on the beach. Great photo op for sunsets.

This is a great place to stay. So peaceful and quiet. The house has everything you could possibly need and it's wonderful to have private beach access. It was just the right size for my husband and I. We'lddefinitely be staying again.

We had a great time with our 17 month old twins at the little blue cottage. Overall a great place to stay outside of South Haven. Bonfire pit and private beach were great perks! If you’re staying here this summer, definitely bring mosquito repellent.

Some vacation rentals are pretty sparse with what's provided - this one had everything we needed! Great place with lots of bonuses (outside shower, grill, hammock, horseshoes, fire pit) and close to the beach. We had a great time!

The Little Blue cottage was a really nice for my family of 3. The house is very maintained and was very accessible upon check-in. The house is in a great location, right in the middle of South Haven and Sagatuck, which gives a lot of good options in the area. The beach was easy to access as well!

2nd time staying here

Quaint little cabin… we went on a walk to the private beach our first night and saw 5 deer that came within 20 feet of us! Enjoyed relaxing watching movies in the evening and having chai on the front and back porch. Nice neighborhood and great place to come back to after a day at the beach or shopping in town!

College Friends Reunion

Every year 6 of us from college get together to catch up and little Blue did not disappoint. Perfect spot to unwind, catch up and close to many areas to shop, eat, view beautiful Lake Michigan and wineries. Hosts had the place so organized and everything we needed for our stay!

We bought Little Blue when our 3 children were very young and drifting apart from one another. The lack of electronics and distractions brought our children to rediscover nature and the fun they could have with each other. The adventures in the woods, discovering wildlife, board games and uninterrupted family time. The possibilities are endless with No WI_FI or Internet.

Little Blue has recently refinished hardwood floors and a fresh coat of paint. Decks on the front and back make outdoor living easy.
