4br/2.5ba home on acre lot in prime Cotswold-area neighborhood. The fenced-in back yard with deck is perfect for dogs, there's a basketball goal for the kids and a small neighborhood park is across the street where neighbors gather after work to socialize.

Easy access to Cotswold Shopping Center (1 mile) SouthPark (3 miles), Uptown (5 miles), Ballantyne (10 miles) and the airport (12 miles).

The 1920's bungalow with front porch has been tastefully enlarged to its current 4br/2.5ba size.

Featuring an open floor plan ideal for family gatherings, the living area has 10'+ ceilings, lending a spacious feeling. The formal dining room is the heart of the home, adjacent to the kitchen and living room.

The updated, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen (down to the garlic press!) has stainless appliances including counter-depth refrigeration. A coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. are all included. We also provide complimentary snacks & beverages.

A separate laundry room/mud room is located off of the kitchen.

The living room includes a comfortable sectional sofa, and there's a wood-burning fireplace for cooler times of year.

The covered front porch provides a place to relax outdoors, complete with porch swing and rocking chairs.

A crib is located in master bedroom closet.

The home sleeps a total of 8 in beds, with 400-thread-count linens and thick Egyptian cotton towels.

This is an ideal home for a family vacation or for temporary accommodations while renovating or building a home. We host many families just moving to town, and the home is zoned for some of the best schools in the city.

Uber/Lyft are very convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters.

Other Things to Note:
Serene views of the front yard and park from the rocking-chair front porch make this private home an ideal get-away for families or a couples retreat.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a dog friendly home, no cats are allowed in the property. 2 dogs max. Dogs must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
