A relaxing stay

We had a lovely time here. Great location and facilities. The property is well positioned to explore the surrounding region. Pool is excellent and a great size. We felt very relaxed in the naturally cool ground floor.

Super beliggenhed

Supergod beliggenhed med mulighed for masser af dejlige udflugter. Vi havde søgt på at have hele boligen for os selv, men bl.a. pga en dårlig oversættelse fra VRBO’s side, var det ikke tilfældet. Heldigvis var udlejer, der boede ovenpå, rigtig god til at give os tilpas privatliv. Dejlig kølig underetage.

Charmant refuge au frais

Cette Jolie maison en pierre était parfaite pour notre séjour en famille. Ces gros murs nous ont protégé de la chaleur et nous avons très bien dormi malgré la canicule de cette semaine. La piscine est parfaite et Florence et Laurent très disponible. Quand à la région, elle est juste magnifique.

Nous avons passé de super vacance

Pour une première fois en Ardèche, nous avons passé de merveilleuse vacance dans cette maison. Le lieux a beaucoup de charme et Florence et Laurent sont de belles personnes, très gentils, au petit soin et très discret. Le lieux est proche de villages et lieux à visiter. Merci beaucoup à vous deux.😍

Séjour agréable en Ardeche mais le montant de la caution pour 3 nuits a été difficile à comprendre. Les règles pour l’utilisation de la piscine sont difficilement applicables pour une famille (pas de plongeon, saut) car les margelles sont défectueuses. Enfin si la route à côté de la maison est un peu trop passante et bruyante à notre goût, les villages autour sont très charmants

Un beau gîte pour découvrir l'Ardèche en famille et se reposer !

La maison est idéalement située pour visiter l'Ardèche : ses petits villages, sites touristiques, balades et baignades dans l'Ardèche, ... Florence et Laurent apportent beaucoup de soins à l'entretien de leur jardin, piscine, et maison. Tout est impeccablement tenu. La fraicheur du gîte au moment des fortes chaleurs d'Aout a été fortement appréciée de tous ! Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables, alternant repos/baignade dans la piscine et visite de la région. Merci à Florence et Laurent !

Superbe séjour

Florence et Laurent nous ont partagé leur propriété durant une semaine, une semaine très agréable, tout était en place à notre arrivée le samedi. Location et propriétaires au top !

Nous avons passé un fort agréable séjour au Clos Marfruma. Florence et Laurent (sans oublier Izmo !) sont des hôtes adorables qui vous accueillent admirablement bien. La maison est parfaite, le cadre somptueux et la piscine est grande et très appréciable pour se relaxer et se rafraîchir. Bref, un endroit pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille et pour se ressourcer.

Notre séjour au clos Marfruma

Juste parfait, Florence est au petit soin tout au long du séjour et ne manque pas d’humour. Pour notre fin de séjour Laurent nous a réalisé de très bon cocktails. La propriété est très bien entretenue et possède un magnifique jardin doté d’une piscine privée rafraîchissante. Le petit patio privé est un excellent compagnon pour vos apéros. Le gîte est naturellement frais ce qui est fort appréciable durant les moments de grosses chaleurs, et très bien situé pour toutes vos sorties. Spéciale dédicace à Yzmo un berger australien tranquille et attachant. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce gîte.

Unser Aufenthalt im Clos Marfrumas

es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Pool ist toll. Die Vermieter waren unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit, waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sehr gute Tipps gegeben, was man unternehmen kann und wo es guten Wein gibt. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr süßen Hund und ein Pferd und ein Pony, die man auch füttern darf (was natürlich für die Kinder toll ist). Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wonderful relaxing home to enjoy the sunshine, magnificent pool and beautiful landscape.

We were made to feel welcome from the very off, and were bowled over by the beauty of the accommodation. The large and comfortable living room was matched by the lovely bedrooms, especially the master bedroom which was exquisite! There were also nice touches throughout the home; pictures, ornaments, & characterful furniture, which not only were a joy to see and use, but often revealed a humour and joy for life. The house was comfortably cool, even on the hottest days. The bathroom was wonderful to use, (great shower!) and the kitchen had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. There was more space than we had hoped for, which was great. A table and chairs outside the kitchen, where we played games, outdoor tables at both ends of the house for breakfast & lunch. The large courtyard at the rear of the property made for a quiet place to read and lounge in the sun, as well as enjoy the BBQ! The pool was the highlight! Warm, great size for swimming and diving, and an enjoyable space to read and soak up the rays. The house is ideally located to explore the beautiful Ardeche 'villages of character' and the stunning gorge, only a short drive away. For us, the chance to get away from the busyness of life, relax, eat and sleep well was fantastic and much appreciated! Florence & Laurent were so welcoming and attentive, they made our holiday really enjoyable! We would recommend this holiday home to all.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft - magnifique!

Wir haben hier als vierköpfige Familie eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Florence und Laurent waren sehr nette, liebenswerte Vermieter, die sich sehr um uns gekümmert haben und bei Fragen immer behilflich waren. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem für die Region typischen, alten Steinhaus mit Gewölbe. Sie war sehr sauber, sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war wunderschön. Er war sehr gepflegt, sauber und warm, da eine nächtliche Abkühlung des Wassers durch eine Abdeckung verhindert wurde. Eine Solardusche sorgte bereits vor dem Badevergnügen für warmes Wasser. Die Vermieter haben sich immer diskret zurückgehalten, sobald wir am Pool waren. Abends haben sie den Pool auch selber genutzt, was für uns überhaupt kein Problem, sondern bei der Hitze eine Selbstverständlichkeit war. Ich wundere mich über die Äußerungen der anderen Gäste in den Bewertungen in Bezug auf die Poolnutzungszeiten: Wir konnten den Pool von 10-19:00 Uhr nutzen. Das reichte uns völlig. Da wir selber einen Pool zuhause haben, wissen wir, dass auch Zeit für die Reinigung und den Roboter bleiben muss. Anderenfalls hätte man keinen sauberen Pool! Florence hat uns viele Dinge zur Nutzung der Wohnung, die übrigens mit allem denkbaren Equipment ausgestattet war, erklärt. Alles war für uns selbstverständlich und die Umsetzung kein Problem, lässt aber daraus schließen, dass andere Gäste sich in der Vergangenheit „daneben“ benommen haben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die naheliegende D 104 hört man nicht, wenn man im Haus ist. Nur am Pool trägt der Wind manchmal die Autogeräusche herüber. Das Haus ist somit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen der umliegenden „villages charactères“ und für Bade- oder Wanderausflüge. Man ist sehr schnell auf der D 104 und in alle Richtungen unterwegs und erspart sich die endlosen Kurvereien auf den schmalen Straßen. Der Zeitaufwand ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Oft braucht man für eine kleine Strecke auf der Karte eine Ewigkeit: Das Gebiet ist sehr zerklüftet, die Straßen sind klein, schmal und kurvig. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, da man so die Gelegenheit hat, diese sehr, sehr netten Vermieter richtig kennenzulernen. Florence und Laurent: Vielen, lieben Dank für diese tolle Zeit! 3e séjour très agréable

Nous revenions pour la 3e fois au Clos Marfruma. Florence et Laurent sont toujours aussi accueillants, le gîte agréable et la piscine entretenue impeccablement. Cette année, nous avons beaucoup bougé: la région est tellement belle et les possibilités d'activités tellement variées (randonnée, marchés, canöé, baignades dans les rivières, ...) que 2 semaines n'ont pas suffi!

Un gîte de rêve.

Au calme, baigné par le chant des cigales, ce gîte est un véritable havre de paix dans un écrin ensoleillé. L'accueil par les propriétaires, Laurent et Florence, est incroyablement gentil et attentionné, ils vous donneront les meilleurs plans pour vos sorties restos, visites ou ballades. Le gîte reste délicieusement frais quand le soleil cogne, et c'est surtout appréciable la nuit pour bien se reposer. La cuisine est petite mais super bien équipée, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut notamment en vaisselle, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les gîtes de vacances. La salle de bain est grande avec une excellente douche, beaucoup de rangement, et plein d'accessoires, sèche-cheveux, lisseurs... Un salon sympa avec 2 canapés très confortables, la chambre d'enfant, impeccable et colorée. Le grand plus de ce gîte c'est son authenticité, si vous êtes amoureux des vieilles pierres, de bâtisses historiques, de maisons de charme, ce gîte est pour vous. Le jardin est très beau, très bien soigné et l'ultime bonheur, c'est la piscine où vous passerez de délicieux moments avant l'apéro du soir, que vous pourrez prendre sur l'une des 2 terrasses très joliment aménagées. Nous espérons avoir l'opportunité de nous y rendre à nouveau un jour, spécialement pour avoir le plaisir de retrouver nos hôtes adorables et leur compagnon à quatre pattes qui nous manque déjà !

Jolie propriété mais...

Jolie propriété de caractère très bien entretenue, très bien équipée et décorée que nous avons choisie avec une grande confiance grâce aux multiples excellentes appréciations précédentes, à la superbe piscine et au bon contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire au moment de la réservation. Bâtiment qui garde le frais grâce à ses murs épais et la faible luminosité à l'intérieur. La piscine est chouette mais nous avons été très surpris d'apprendre dès notre arrivée qu'il y a un horaire à respecter, entre 10h00 et 18h00... ( Non mentionné avant réservation). On doit demander la permission à la propriétaire pour y aller après 18h00 si on n'a pas eu le temps d'en profiter avant. D'après le propriétaire, c'est parce que certains locataires abusent de la piscine... Et il faut aussi qu'eux même puissent en profiter. Il y a un plongeoir, mais pour des raisons de sécurité, il est interdit de l'utiliser... Nous avions pris le forfait ménage mais nous apprenons aussi une fois sur place que le toilette et l'intérieur du frigo n'en font pas partie....Surprenant ! Dans la description du bien, il est noté qu'il y a 2 salles de bain mais en fait il n'y en a une seule + 1 WC indépendant dans le salon. C'est une belle propriété au calme et bien située par rapport aux commerces environnants et aux différentes activités mais il serait bon de préciser les horaires de piscine et les modalités du forfait ménage dans l'annonce car pour nous, sachant cela, nous aurions cherché une autre location. chouette weekend

Nos hotes nous ont très bien accueillis et sont disponibles pour toute question Grand gite atypique, de bon gout et super équiper rien ne manque. Ce qui nous a moins plus c'est le manque de lumière (pas de fenêtres dans le salon, la cuisine, la salle a manger) et je ne sais pas si cela vient du temps avec la pluie ou du lieu qui est en pierres mais les chambres étaient trop humides Grande piscine agréable que nous devons quitter a 17h30 Cela n'a rien gâcher a notre séjour qui fut très agréable

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Florence et Laurent! Accueil très chaleureux après prés de 11h en voiture! Dés le portail franchi, on se sent de suite en vacances avec un cadre extra, les cigales et le calme qui y règne! Le gite est très confortable, propre, bien équipé et très spacieux! nos enfants se sont régalés avec la piscine et les animaux au fond du jardin. Best Ever!!

On our arrival after a tiring journey you truly made us welcome. We were shown around your beautiful property which we found to be far more impressive than the pictures show! The very large pool was always kept pristine ready for our swimming and relaxation during our stay. It's prime position gives magnificent views of the surrounding hills/mountains. Tres bon accueil dans un hebergement de charme

Magnifique hebergement, d'une proprete irreprochable. Les proprietaires sont charmants et disponibles. Tres bonne situation pour vadrouiller en Ardeche du sud, specialement les gorges Ardechoises. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés !
