Fabulous villa with private pool

The Villa is situated in beautiful Burgau a little fishing village with only a 5 minute walk to the beach , where you can soak up the sun or swim in the sea . Freshly decorated rooms in the Villa make your stay feel like home . The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items ,to make is a home from home . The lounge has large sliding doors which open onto the private pool area , where you can relax on a sunbed or have fun in the pool . Up on the first floor are two bedrooms both en-suite one double the other with two single bed , plus another bedroom down stairs and a shower room . WiFi is included plus tv with English channels . Down in the village by the beach are a selection of restaurants and cafes and bars .

fantastic villa - its all in the detail!

The owners had obviously thought of everything to include in the villa to make the stay perfect - for self caterers they had included all the essentials which you need in the kitchen - which made a big difference and the added extras around the house such as hairdryer and insect plugs. The outside area was lovely as was the pool - again plenty of umbrellas, good padded loungers and charcoal for the barby! The villa was spotless and we were provided with plenty of towels including pool towels. The villa itself was only 5 minute walk to the beach/village so perfect position. We would definitely recommend the accommodation - it was first class!

From booking to sadly checking out the process could not have been easier. Communication was excellent. The villa itself is impeccably clean. Furnished to a very high standard. There was nothing we wanted for. Sandra kindly leaves a lot of essentials, which is a lovely touch. Location , 5 mins walk to local shop and restaurants. We have been coming to Burgau for the last 5 years and have stayed in many villas in this same complex. This villa beats all hands down. Thank you Sandra. I’ll be in touch to rebook for next year.

Fantastic property in a brilliant location

What great accommodation in a lovely village/small town location. Walking distance to the beach but great to have the pool as an alternative. Everything in the Villa that you could possibly need - we only prepared snacks there but the kitchen is so well equipped- a full meal could easily be prepared making it a great place for a family too. Burgau is a wonderful place - lots of restaurants reasonably priced. We hired a car so were able to explore the area - and we found some amazing beaches which were never crowded. First time to Portugal- but certainly won’t be our last. I thoroughly recommend the area and definitely would recommend this property Sandra the owner was very helpful throughout the booking process and also giving recommendations. A wonderful holiday-first time in a long time I really didn’t want to come home. Thank you

High Quality, Comfortable Accommodation in a Lovely Village

Having stayed at five Domus Iberica Villa`s we can say that this one has been comfortably the best. Very homely rather than a standard holiday let. Astroturf around the pool and a new shower are just two features. Very clean with a high level of equipment, Freeview British TV. Good local information at hand if needed. A short 5 minute walk into Burgau with it`s collection of quaint shops and eateries The ideal base for a relaxing holiday.

Top modernes komfortables Haus

Das Haus ist top-modernisiert, sehr großzügig und komfortabel. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles funktioniert und ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand in überschaubarer Reihenhaussiedlung. Im Einzelfall Außengeräusche durch die nebeneinander liegenden Gärten, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster (Klimaanlagen in Schlafzimmern vorhanden) nicht mehr hörbar. Nur 5 Min. zu Fuß zum Ortskern des kleinen Fischerdorfes Burgau mit kleinen Supermärkten und guter Restauration - alles sehr gemütlich und überschaubar. Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Schlüsselübergabe absolut problemlos.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Hat alles gepasst, schönes Häuschen und Burgau netter kleiner Ort mit Strand. Von Hieraus alles machbar, Weststrand mit Wellen oder das ruhige Mehr an der Algarve. Lagos ist nicht weit und lohnt sich. Man braucht ein Auto, hatte wir ja, war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder

Lovely Holiday

Great villa. We particularly thought the astro turf round the pool a very good idea. Those small tiles can be very sharp! All was ready for us, even though it was only 12 noon. This was our 3rd visit to Burgau and probably won't be our last. Very friendly place with fantastic beach. Thanks.

Overall, fab.

There is parking outside the front door if you have a car. The back of the villa sits of a road but it's not particularly busy and we didn't notice much traffic. Walking into the hall, it was bright and airy with the stairs and downstairs shower room off it. The shower room was great, nice large shower and very useful to not have to go upstairs to use the bathroom all the time. My mother found this particularly useful. There were towels provided and there was some lovely hand wash there which is a nice little extra touch that sums up this villa. It's all in the detail. The open plan lounge was very spacious. It has a 32" tv with what looked to be many British channels but we didn't watch tv at all but would be useful if the weather turned. Kitchen was modern and clean and we found everything we looked for. It was well equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave as well as oven and induction hob. Patio and pool was lovely. We had excellent weather so we used the pool every day. It had lovely comfy seats around the table. Sunloungers have decent seat covers which allow comfort all day rather than the flimsy ones you can get. The big parasol has been provided which allows you to sit outside even in the sun. The bedrooms were both lovely and clean with retractable shutters on the windows which make for excellent black outs from the sun as well as for security when you go out. The twin room has a lovely little shower room off which has everything you could need. The master was big, roomy and very clean. I found a hair dryer and a pair of straighteners which was great, no need to bring your own. The five piece bathroom is modern and roomy with a shower over the bath which has a whirlpool system in it although we didn't use this. Air con is in both bedrooms and the lounge as well as under floor heating although obviously we didn't use this but nice on cold tiles. We had an absolute pain finding the villa as we landed at night but the owner informs me she plans to update the pin on the map and add Fiona's mobile (the very helpful lady who manages the villa) to the final email so at least she can be called if like us, you struggle to find the place. It's much easier during the day to locate it but not so much at midnight. Overall, absolutely lovely villa. Has everything you could want. Burgau is 2 mins walk away for all basic amenities and Luz is a 10 min drive away which has more shops, restaurants and a fabulous beach. Lovely!!!

Estupenda estancia en Burgau.

La propiedad estaba limpia e impecable, y era tal y como se ve en las fotos del anuncio.La propietaria siempre estuvo en contacto inmediato con nosotros por mail pendiente de cualquier posible incidencia, ademas de la atención que se precisara por parte de las oficinas del complejo en Burgau, enfrente de la casita. la playa y el pueblo encantadores. Como único inconveniente, que ya estaba en vías de resolución, la falta de sombrilla en el jardín , muy necesaria para descansar a la sobra dado el calor y el sol constante de la zona. Si podemos repetiremos sin duda!
