Thank you so much for the nice words. You're right... When we bought the house we thought we were going to be hiking a lot. And I'm sitting there looking out the windows going. What am I going to see this different. I'll just sit here and look.. Just kidding... But almost lol. We were lucky on the purchase of the beds that they fit people's need for a comfortable bed. We aren't really that knowledgeable on purchasing beds but I guess we picked the right ones because we consistently do get compliments on the bed. We were happy to host you during your special trip honeymoon and picking our location to be the right place to celebrate. You're welcome anytime! And yes, the house was left in such perfect condition. We have to give you five stars just for that. Thank you so much! James

You're right, there is a comprehensive guide at the house, but I also send it a month before your the arrival for every guest to preview before they arrive. The The guide at the house is so that people don't have to print out the 55 pages and waste their ink. Haha I know how ink cost. You're certainly welcome back anytime. And also cleaning reported. I hope I don't sound like an echo chamber on every one of these reviews. People are constantly saying the same thing. Thus, I basically say the same thing. I'm very happy that you find everything perfect. Location views comfort is exactly what we try to to give to guest. Views being only 100 yd in either direction. Looking at some of the most beautiful Red rocks in Sedona. Location for sure to be able to walk to three really good restaurants to the left and four or five good restaurants across the street all within less than a half a mile. We were really lucky to find this home so close to everything but yet secluded when you get there and away from all the hustle and bustle of of a tourist down. We'll be seeing you in the near future. Clean and comfortable. That's always good to hear. I agree. The problem I have when I've stayed at my house there is. I go there to go hiking and all I do is walk to the cul-de-sac and look at those beautiful Red rocks. I'm pretty sure you've experienced the same thing. Two different cul-de-sacs two different beautiful views all within 100 yd

Extremely happy that you stay was memorable. That's all we can hope for. We both try to make everyone's experience the best it could be in Sedona. We keep improving. However it seems like we've almost reached the Pinnacle without charging more. We've kept the same rate for almost 15 years. You're certainly welcome back. The PDF that I built for the house that's 55 pages goes over in detail so that there'll be no questions when you get there. Of course the views are fantastic. I didn't do much to make that happen. So close to everything but yet completely removed with exquisite views from the great room the bedroom almost any place at this location views that are astounding. Thank you Roberta- I guess i must upgrade my quality of photos.. They are mostly from the cell phone. Probabaly not a good idea... But heck nothing is worse that have great images and the people find its not like the great images a professional photographer did.. ANyway thank you and we really hope to ee you agains soon.
