This house was absolutely perfect for our large group of senior families! The pool was amazing, the Oasis is stunning and the house fit everyone perfectly. The bunk room for the senior girls was perfect! Andrew was quick to respond to the couple questions that I had. We would absolutely stay her again!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and a lovely home.Andrew was very helpful and responsive with our questions and issues we had. I appreciated his attentiveness with a situation that happened while we were there. The only downside I found was, the towels needed to be washed and folded before checkout, which can make for a hectic and stressful morning if one takes morning showers. Other than that, I did completely understand the rules and requests made for taking care of the house.

We loved our stay at this property in the ChampionsGate community and will be returning!! With this being our first trip with 2 children, we found everything we needed. Home was very clean and in pristine condition, fully equipped kitchen and an incredible layout. Our communication with the property manager was seamless and he was incredibly accommodating to our needs. We will be back!

Andrew was a great host. There were a couple of hiccups with noisy neighbors, the water heater malfunctioning and the sharpness of the kitchen cutting knives. In each instance Andrew responded very promptly and comprehensively.

The kitchen lacked some basic items such as baking pans, cookie sheets etc. the linens were of poor quality especially the towels. A charge was submitted post stay by the property manager host stating we stained several towels but these were in poor shape when we arrived . I have stayed in this resort before with a different host and had no issues. Would not book thru this host again

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed the check-in process and location. We’re sorry to hear your comments regarding the kitchen items and linens. Our homes are equipped to a consistent standard, and we’re always happy to promptly provide any missing items if notified during a stay. Regarding the towels, the charge was applied only after our housekeeping and laundry teams confirmed that multiple items (16 in total) were permanently stained and could not be restored despite professional laundering attempts. All linens are inspected prior to arrival, and any items not meeting our standards are removed from service. We do strive to be fair and transparent in all situations and regret that this impacted your experience. Thank you for choosing the Champions Retreat (608466) with Vrbo.

Great place for family reunions. It's very spacious and comfortable. I was a little disappointed because I expected an immaculate place but it was not as clean as I would've thought for a luxury house. The appliances are very old. The rugs slip so you need to be extra cautious. Overall we had a great stay and I would book it again!

Thank you Gloria, for your thoughtful review and for choosing our home for your family reunion — we’re delighted to hear you had a great stay and would return. We also appreciate the constructive feedback. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations; this is something we take very seriously, and your comments have already been shared with our housekeeping team so we can ensure higher standards going forward. We are currently in the process of updating several appliances (laundry equipment already replaced), and your note reinforces the importance of continuing that work. We will also be adding non-slip pads to all area rugs to improve safety and comfort. Thank you again for staying with us and for highlighting both the positives and the areas we can improve. We’d be glad to welcome you and your family back anytime.

Spring break family golf trip

This was by far the nicest place I’ve stayed in Champions Gate. The house was perfect for our group and we enjoyed every part of our stay. Andrew was great to work with and so quickly responsive to any question we had. The only thing we wished we had were kitchen towels and a baking sheet.
