Nestled on three acres of serene land with 300 feet of riverfront, this home offers a tranquil and private escape, complete with all the comforts of home.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your culinary endeavors, including spices, pantry essentials, a blender, mixer, food processor, and a large country griddle. Each bedroom features cozy beds adorned with high-quality linens and plush pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Bathrooms are stocked with ample towels, soap, toilet paper, and more for your convenience.

Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished, The River House is designed for your perfect getaway. Step outside to the expansive 16x40 ft deck overlooking the river, where you can fire up the gas grill for a delightful cookout. Enjoy family fun at the horseshoe pit with a stunning river view, or explore the vast grassy yard—perfect for tossing a football, playing flashlight tag, or practicing your golf swing.

Our private gravel beach offers easy access to the river, making it a great spot for fishing and swimming. Bring a folding chair and relax by the water’s edge, dipping your toes in the refreshing flow. Located just downriver from the renowned ‘Brushy Chutes’, a hotspot for trophy salmon and steelhead fishing, this location is a fisherman’s paradise.

Why they chose this property

We are Stephen and Sarah, proud owners of this beautiful vacation home. Our roots trace back to North Bend on the stunning Oregon coast. Each summer, we would visit Grants Pass, where we made childhood memories camping and rafting on the Rogue River. As kids, we would float past the charming homes lining the riverbanks, dreaming of the day we might own one ourselves.

In 2011, we took a leap and made that dream a reality by purchasing this house from its original owner. Over the years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to transforming it through thoughtful remodeling, both inside and out. Today, it serves as a beloved gathering spot for our family and friends.

We cherish the joy of watching the next generation create their own memories at the River House, discovering the enchanting beauty of the Rogue River just as we did. This home is not just a vacation spot; it’s the fulfillment of our childhood dreams and our favorite getaway. We are thrilled to share this special place and its magic with you!

This property boasts a stunning park-like setting, featuring expansive grassy areas surrounded by lush trees. Each morning, you’ll be greeted by the breathtaking sight of the river flowing gently by, creating a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation.

The spacious deck not only offers a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee but also serves as a fantastic vantage point for wildlife viewing. In the evenings, you might catch a glimpse of a family of deer as they wander through the yard on their way to the river for a drink. The area is alive with activity, as squirrels, birds, and even the occasional fox add to the natural charm. This unique blend of tranquility and diverse wildlife makes our property a truly special retreat.
