Really enjoyed the location of this property!! Great places to eat very close by and loved Trastevere! Two bathrooms a plus and apartment was spacious. Thank you!
The host was super communicative and patient and helpful! This was the most well appointed rental I have ever stayed in. LOVED the apartment, the location, the well stocked kitchen along with toiletries, everything you could need or want Best of the best
This is a great spot in the center of one of the best neighborhoods in Rome. Every night you are surrounded by locals enjoying Trastevere. That said the apartment is in a quiet spot around the corner from the busy life. You will enjoy!
This apartment was in the heart of lots of restaurants and walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. Ricardo and team were on it! Responsive and made sure our stay met our needs. It was a bit loud at night with activity in the street but that was part of the vibe.
Great location in the heart of Trastevere, close to restaurants and within a half-hour walk of most sights including the Colosseum, Forum, and Vatican. Apartment is very clean and updated. The extra half bathroom was great for my family of 3. Host was extremely responsive and kind, and fixed a few minor issues that we brought to their attention immediately. Since you’re in Trastevere, early and light sleepers should note that people like to party till about 2 am even during the week, but that’s just the neighborhood and with a white noise app, you should be just fine.
Well appointed apartment in the center of Trastevere. Off of piazza on a quiet side street, walking distance to restaurants and bars.Riccardo was helpful and communicative.
We could control our room temps so that was great. We were only there for 2 nights but the flat is in a great location if you want to be away from the crazy crowds. You are right in the food area which is what we wanted.
Very clean and modern apartment in an area with several nice restaurants. Walking distance to many popular attractions and a taxi stand minutes away if needed.Host promptly responded and made travel arrangements from and to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.
Sweet spot in the middle of all that’s happening in the neighborhood! Great restaurant right next door. Tucked away, but with easy access to the main roads and the river. The apartment is very big for this area and we all slept very well after touring around Rome all weekend!
Great location!!! Beautiful place! Very clean! Comfortable beds and great AC in the rooms!!! Communication was very easy with the host and they responded right away! Highly recommend this property! Would stay here again!
For the most part, it was a good rental. Water pressure good (unless running water in kitchen, second bath or doing laundry), spacious, good storage for clothes, GREAT area and easy to get to most tourist spots. A/C worked well. They left us a small bottle of lemoncello which was nice. Host was responsive when we did reach out to them. The Wifi was very unreliable. This is significant since we needed to work for part of the time there which made it impossible. It also made the check in process which requires wifi difficult. We had to have someone in the building come down and unlock the door so we could get in. And they know the Wifi unreliable as they tell you to bring the keys with you in case the wifi is out! And they only give you one set of keys which doesn't accommodate for different schedules since you don't know if they wifi will work or not when when you get back and need to get into the apartment. Check out was equally the same. They tell you to leave the keys but you need the keys to get out. Apartment was pretty clean. The shower couldn't have been cleaned better as there was dirt on the ledge of it. Not enough toilet paper for a week which I'm sure it because they are a "bidet" country. The wine key in the kitchen was bent and not usable to open a corked bottle of wine without drawing blood. In a country that is all about wine I think they would be sure the wine key isn't broken. Overall, I would stay there again...and bring my own wine key!

Dear Jody, we are very surprised by this review because all this discomfort was not expressed during the stay. We are keen to respond point by point to your observations, especially since as you can see this structure has 80 reviews and maximum reting (5 stars) and we assure you that it's not an easy standard to obtain and maintain.
1) YOU SAY: "the wifi was very unreliable" > actually, thanks to the VIKEY home automation system we verify that the wifi is online so we were able to verify throughout the stay that your wifi was online and with a great signal. In any case, if you had warned us, we would have told you to check the modem in the living room and sent a technician but you did not give us the opportunity to intervene on the matter. You requested our keys but did not specify that it was necessary to intervene regarding the wifi!!
Sorry, but it is NOT correct for you to write - "And they know the Wifi unreliable as they tell you to bring the keys with you in case the wifi is out!!" - this is NOT true !! We do this because if there were a balck out or a fault on the Wi-Fi line, guests without keys wouldn't be able to enter and we would have to intervene in person, creating inconvenience for everyone, which in any case didn't happen during your stay so I don't understand why you're complaining about this and making these unpleasant statements towards us, calling us incorrect and calculating people...
2) At checkout we pointed out that there was a door open button at the foot of the stairs on the wall in the building entrance hall that opens both the internal gate and the street door...Why didn't you use it?!?!??!
3) YOU SAY: "Not enough toilet paper for a week which I'm sure it because they are a "bidet" country." > Yes In Italy we have very high hygiene standards, toilet paper is useful but it cannot always replace soap. We leave 3 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, you were 2 people and you had 6 rolls of toilet paper for 6 nights, 3 per person, how many would you have wanted?! However, they can be found in any nearby shop for a few euros (4 rolls of toilet paper in Italy cost less than 2€).
4) YOU SAY: "The wine key in the kitchen was bent" > why didn't you tell us? we would have brought a new one in a few hours. We try to do accurate checks of the whole facility but it can happen that something escapes in high season with a large amount of customers.
Next time I recommend giving your hosts the opportunity to give you maximum support instead of penalizing your review by writing even rather incorrect things about those who hosted you with such attention and dedication... this would penalize us if it weren't for the numerous TOP reviews from the people we hosted before you to prove it!
Bright, clean, fun apartment with all the amenities. Host was very attentive and check in/out was so easy. The location is excellent if you are looking to be in the center of Trastevere and the nightlife. We will be back.
We loved staying here. It's steps from the trendiest neighborhood in Rome and still walking distance to major landmarks.

Great location…feels local! Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops. Fun nightlife …yet felt safe for my teenagers. The apartment was clean, as pictured with accommodations…easy to check in and accommodations were great. Loved this area for ease of Rome experience. Highly recommend for Rome trip.
My brother and I stayed here for a few nights. Perfect for two people or two couples. Absolutely great location to be close to the Santa Maria square providing a great hub to walk to the city center. Fun atmosphere as it is in the heart of the restaurant district so finding a good spot to eat is never difficult. Yet quiet enough to get a great night sleep. Finding the flat was a little challenging. And there are two flights of stairs to tackle so be prepared when you arrive with heavy luggage. Host was great, very communicative.
Lovely apartment located in the heart of Travestere. The manager was very quick to respond when there was no hot water and helpful in getting it restored.
The host Riccardo is an amazing host . His response time is excellent and instructions were easy to follow. You are in the best hands with him !The apartment was in a great location and very clean. We would absolutely recommend staying there.
The apartment has a nice layout with two bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. The location in gives one easy access to all places in Rome that one would want to visit.
