My daughters and I stayed in this apartment for three nights upon landing in Italy from the US. We opted to use the transport company that was offered from the airport and highly recommend that since the driver was in communication with the host and knew exactly where to take us. The location, balconies and skyline views of the apartment are outstanding, the host was waiting for us when we arrived and very kind and communicative, and everything we needed was there. We could walk and taxi everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants, gelato, and shopping all around. The only minor drawback was a funky smell in the bathrooms, likely just the pipes in an old building that can't easily be remedied. Keeping the bathroom doors closed when not in use helped this. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights August 2026. This property was ok but definitely not reflective of the glowing reviews. Photos must be quite old. This is an old building and has a 1 person elevator that we rarely used because it was sweltering inside. The 6 flights of stairs were a better option. There is a beautiful view and those pictures are accurate. The air conditioning worked well in very hot conditions but they were moldy and smelled musty. The main bedroom unit was the only one that didn't seem to need cleaning. The kitchen table was not cleaned when we arrived and there were constant ants which also ended up in our luggage. There were ant traps around indicating they are aware of the issue. The main bedroom had a hard bed which was fine for me. The sofa in the living room was pretty worn. The bathroom in the kitchen had a leaking sink so my husband had to turn off the water. Be aware the washing machine is above the kitchen which requires climbing an awkward ladder. For a large group this property is good because of the space but be advised the condition isn't as depicted in the photos. The neighborhood is upscale and has ample amounts of eating and shopping. I wouldn't stay here again as it's clearly not being updated with water stained walls and chipped paint but if you're looking for a good location and lots of room it might work for you.

During your stay, you contacted us about some issues, but unfortunately we were not allowed access to the apartment to inspect and resolve them. The air conditioning was nevertheless checked and serviced immediately after your departure. This is a historic building in central Rome, where having an elevator is already quite uncommon, even if it is small. Ants may occasionally appear during the hottest months, especially in apartments with terraces; this is precisely why we use preventive traps. The apartment is spectacular, every view is amazing. We enjoyed both lovely patios and the comfortable apartment. Our host was really helpful with communications, advice, and graciously greeted us. We had a fabulous stay and hope to come back!

It was wonderful! In a great location and walking distance to almost everything. The patio was big and overlooked the street leading to the plaza. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The host was very accommodating and had everything we needed. He met us on the street and showed us around which was helpful. Checkout was a breeze!

Amazing spot for family of 4 with teenagers to explore Rome. Love the balconies (we were able to watch fireworks on the feast of St. Peter and Paul). It is a very comfortable spot (with ample air conditioning) to return to after a full day of exploring the city.

Beautiful flat in a great location in Rome. Unique property with a large outdoor terrace and excellent 360 degree views of the city. Plenty of space and everything you need for your stay in Rome.

Great location , amazing view & comfortable apartment. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There was a nightclub in the distance that played loud music that started up around 10 pm until 2am (Sunday & Monday it was quiet) which the owner & management had no control over. I chalk that up to living in a city. We enjoyed the stay & would definitely return.

We spent a wonderful week at Angelo Brunetti 24. The apartment is great, the views are amazing. Comfortable, cozy and well appointed. We were greeted and shown how everything worked. We would stay again , and we are already planning our return. The hosts were also awesome, made sure we were settled and had everything we needed.

This apartment is great! The views are exceptional and the space is clean and roomy. We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We arrived late at night and the manager met us to help us in. Communication was great & easy using the what app tool. I also called them & they were responsive there as well. The upstairs bedroom had 1 large bed that we pulled apart into 2 singles so that worked well for my kids. The apartment is right next to Piazza Popolo which is great & has easy access to cabs and is close to the subway. There are so many restaurants and shops near by. We explored the area and tried many cafes and restaurants, each one was great! There is a tiny little loft area that has a funky ladder to climb up. It has a very small washer but no dryer. There is a drying rack tho. We didn’t cook so unsure of the kitchen but the space was fine. There are 3 bathrooms but we all showered in the main bathroom. The bathroom off the kitchen has a tiny shower and the bathroom upstairs is just a toilet & sink. The living area is great and dining room too. We enjoyed our stay, it was a great home away from home base. We would stay again!!

The property is in a wonderful location and walking distance to a lot in Rome. The pictures were beautiful but the furniture and fixtures are very run down. There was no heat upstairs where our kids were supposed to sleep and the shower up there didn’t work. We also had plumbing issues in the main bathroom downstairs. The shower drain was clogged and we couldn’t shower our first night because it wasn’t draining. The toilet ran constantly as well. There was no heat in the back half of the apartment- the kitchen area as well. We did contact the number and they came the next day to bring a portable heater for upstairs and they unclogged the drain in the bathroom downstairs. The views from the balconies are beautiful but in hindsight, I would have stayed somewhere that worked better for a family of 4.

The location couldnt have been better...walkable to so many sites with plenty of shopping & restaurants right outside the door. The patio views were amazing! However the kitchen definitely needs updated & we had issues with plumbingr..the toilet off the kitchen didnt flush well & the shower in the main bedroom drained very slow...when taking a shower you are in standing water. The bedroom on the top floor was not as clean as it should have been & the bathroom upstairs is very awkward. But with that being said...these homes are very old & hard to maintain so we took that into account. The location made it worth it.

We had a lovely stay at this HometoRome apartment. The place was located steps from Piazza del Popolo and in a lively but quiet/kid-friendly neighborhood. The apartment itself was amazing. The air conditioner was a life saver during the hot August month. It was amazing to sit on the balcony (there are 2!) in the evenings and soak up the views. The place had everything we needed: dishes, dishwasher, laundry, and hair dryer. The elevator was also so helpful to have for hauling the luggage up and down. The owners were very responsive and stayed in touch when we had a couple of minor issues, outside of their control, and fixed very promptly. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two younger kids and we would recommend it to any other family.

Perfect Apartment for family of 4

We loved our stay at the penthouse. It was the perfect configuration for my 2 teenage boys. They had their own space and my husband and I had ours. The family room has a wonderful comfy couch to all hang out and rest between sightseeing. The neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance, without feeling like you’re in the heart of the tourist traps. Would definitely stay here again.

A bit of a mixed bag. The location was phenomenal, the property managers were amazing, the outdoor spaces were mezmerizing, but there were several things about the apartment that were quite run down. Also, it was quite poorly equipped with crockery and cutlery. We would probably stay there again because of the positives, but it would be nice if the owner spent a few dollars fixing stuff...

Excellent location

This property is in the perfect location within easy distance of great restaurants, public transportation and shops. For being in the city, it is a good sized apartment with excellent views. The only nit is that some of the infrastructure is a bit dated.
